I’d give it 5 but the ice cream dispenser still doesn’t work & 4-5 games did not work properly & a few was out of order. My AuDHD son loved the trampoline though. Food wasn’t bad either.

This was quite a fun time with the kids, though, i found an old bear suit in the back, and thisguy had a weird yellow rabbit suit and taking kids into the back, i liked chucky and his friends tho!

Wanted to have a birthday party but our friends said they won’t go at this specific location due ti the bad service/management so we had the party at funland in Cranston instead. On another occasion we visited and our friends were 100% right not to ever go again. The staff is rude and disrespectful. The person who seem to be the manager didn’t seem to know what to do. Fortunately there are much better places with better services around for kids.

We have the bronze pass for my 3 yr old. Cant go during the weekends since its too busy with parties, but if you go on a weekday when not many people are there, it's perfect.

This location is always a bit chaotic and never staffed enough. Whenever we walk in we wait a good 5 to 10 minutes before someone greets us at the counter. I have never tried food at this location.
