The older woman working was very rude and argumentative! The young lady taking orders didn’t seem to know the products or what we ordered. They said they have “no food” they said they have “ no hot chocolate” and then proceeded to give my husband the completely wrong drink! We settled for one donut each and they were both stale! The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I will be sticking with Starbucks from now on!

Does not make the coffee as ordered. Staff is not attentive to customers, more worried about “how much wood a woodchuck chucks”

The manager needs to be replaced immediately. After having to make a second change to my order due to out-of-stock items, she apparently decided that whatever was on her phone was more important than taking care of customers or helping her only employee making drinks. The only reason I'm leaving more than one star is that my coffee was good once finally made, ane I hope the poor girl that was running around gets better leadership soon.

First of all waited forever for a plain untoasted bagel. Then to make matters worse I ordered loaded hash browns and they put the tinniest little bit of sauce possible. Very disappointing.

Almost missed my flight due to the poor management and service at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order and waited nearly 40 minutes to receive it. One male associate showed up late, appearing unprepared and with no sense of urgency. The lines were extremely long, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. This location is in serious need of attention from corporate. It’s disappointing to see this level of service at a state airport.

Worst run thing I’ve ever seen. Wait in line and don’t take anyone’s order till they make the entire order for the people in line. Absolutely ridiculous.

First of all I dind t even get my food lady really said I’m not making any sandwiches right now isn’t that ur job don’t go to this Dunkin’ Donuts

I would give zero stars if I could. The line wrapped around the DD airport store wasn't because of the volume of people, simply put, the staff at this location have no sense of urgency. Poor time managment and lack of team work. There were three staff assigned at this location and only one if them took orders while the other two engaged in personal conversations or tasks in lieu of jumping in and logging on to the second register to assist customers. Customers were getting so angry that they started leaving the order line, while a few others even walked away from thier paid order. Thankfully for me, my flight wasn't leaving right away so I had an hour to spare. What's worse, when I received my wrap, the egg was warm but the wrap itself was still frozen. It was disgusting and certainly a means to get someone really sick. .. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

No way to refund. Will regularly allow you to mobile order and not provide your order. Don't risk it unless you have lots of free time and dont worry about losing your money.

If there was an option for no stars..id give that action 10 stars this place is embarrassing to whomever ever lands in Rhode Island not even the cup size was correct..and staff simply trash !

I made a mobile order. The guy working ignored my order and continued taking walkups. He claimed he just got there and didn’t see my order. I saw him behind the counter when I ordered so that was a lie.

I’m pretty sure the D in Dunkin is for Diarrhea.

First stopped and homie was hiding out of sight so they could chat on their phone. Came back a few minutes later to have a semantics debate about what a chocolate glazed donut is. Was then given two different kinds of donuts. One looks like someone tried to remove the glaze with a cheese grater, which is actually incredible as I have no idea how that could have happened.

Pray for me and the other passengers on the plane.

Would have taken a picture but I don’t really want to look back on this moment later.
