Our first stop coming from San Diego. I used their Kiosk to order the $6 meal with hash browns. When my other arrives I was charged $9 (what's this California?) without the hash brown. When I asked why is that, they said they having issues with their Kiosk machine. Won't recommend this Dunkin Donut place and I love Dunkin.

I tried ordering an loaded hash brown adding sausage they said they couldn't cut it in pieces and they couldn't add the sausage so as a customer you pay what u want even if u have to pay extra for the service u just can't say no we can't cause we got in trouble for it that the first I hear something like that in dunkin.

Literally not a single customer in sight but this Night shift Asian woman couldn’t bother to come to the front of the counter to take my order. I had to walk to her where she was multitasking, she definitely could have stopped as there was no one to tend to.i asked politely if there were any chocolate chip muffins cause I couldn’t distinguish them and she says “what you see there is what we got” i then ask if those are chocolate muffins, she says yes and I ask for one. Instead she bags a cinnamon muffin for me and unfortunately I didn’t check. Didn’t think I would have to with such a simple order. I only ordered bakery items like 4 in total, super easy to bag them and go on about your day. Shouldn’t be working night shift at a coffee shop gas station if you’re that miserable and hate it so much

9pm at night only customer in the place and the staff refused to make an order of snackin bacon to a regular customer of over 3 visits a day. She was rude didn't give a valid reason just being lazy .I will be reporting to management because I spend too much money and tip people too much to be treated like this. Don't go here if this clerk is working and expect them to do their job

The worker at 10pm-3am is terrible. 24hr Dunkin but she closes the hot food at 12am. She just wants to make drinks. What’s the point of 24hr when you close food at 12.
