every single time i come here my coffee is made wrong. even when the sticker has an addition on it and i am CHARGED FOR IT it is not added. ordered a dunkalatte with two pumpkin swirl, the pumpkin wasn’t added on the sticker, (which at least i wasn’t charged for it.) but there’s no coffee milk in it either. no pumpkin swirl, just espresso and whole or oat milk, no flavoring, just brown puddle water. love that

Worst Dunkin'! Told them I had a heart condition and they still gave me regular instead of decaf. They also told us to pull up for only 2 coffees and there was no line and about 5 people standing there in the store and doing absolutely nothing!! They didn’t put the lids on right either and it spilt. This dunkin is the most poor one out of Rhode Island.

Giving 5 star service for one specific employee! I don't know his name but hes ALWAYS at the drive thru window, it was downpouring today 09.25 & this man reached his whole body out the window and handed it in my window to make sure my coffee & food didnt get wet😭. AND he closed the food bag which not many workers think to do when its raining, hes also always so happy & speedy!

The environment was very tense and they were not working accordingly and I was waiting there for 12 mins for my food and I had to go up and complain waiting for it and when I got my food they messed it up and didn’t even give me my hashbrowns and this is one of the worst Dunkin’s I have even been too
