My daily drive thru. So happy this one was built here. Friendly staff. Stirs the coffee so you don't wind up with a mouth full of cold sugar in your last sip.

After having hash browns thrown in my direction by the manager yesterday- I went back today for a drink. I was next in line and a girl behind the counter turned around and said “we will get to you when we get to you” and turned around. There was nobody in line behind me and the drive thru wasn’t busy. They are extremely rude . I walked out.

When I pulled up to the speaker I asked if I could just get one moment. There was noone in front or behind me. After a minute I said I was all set and the woman taking my order rushed me. I said to my passenger “I feel like I was just rushed to order”. As I made my way to the window the employee that took my order was talking crap about another customer. She had an attitude with me when I paid. When she handed me my food I was missing an order of hashbrowns so I said excuse me I’m missing an order. She again was rude and tried to tell me that’s not what I ordered so I said “if you weren’t rushing me you would have heard me” and she again was rude about it. After getting my food and got home, I noticed the hashbrowns were clearly old and sitting in the warmer. They were burnt and hard as a rock. My sandwich was undercooked and soggy. I threw the whole thing away. I wasn’t going back to deal with her again. What an awful employee they have working there. Corporate will be hearing from me.

Evening crew here does not listen.
I am a long time loyal customer of dunkin. As they are convenient and I am always on the go. Not just for myself but also with any cooperate activity, I always turn and support dunkin and always speak highly and refer people there and to take advantage of award program. This location is close to my daughter soccer game so I decide to grab a caramel ice coffee with whole milk to enjoy while watching the game. Totally ruin my afternoon to say the least. This is not a complicated request made via drive thru and I was handed off with a drink that look like cola. Maybe they forgot the milk so I clarify that. The employee, Daylein (perhaps not correct spelling) roll her eyes and took the drink back. All I can hear is a little chit chat and giggles but whatever, i just want my drink. On its way back the drink still somewhat look dark to my preference but I was like whatever until I notice a sloppy spilled all over the exterior of the cup. While still being patient I just ask for napkins. Again the giggles and cup wipe down. Handed off to me and Ofcourse spilled all over my car exterior, interior and clothes. Stickiness everywhere and this employee got the nerve attitude to say “why you squeeze it”. Hello, how else would I be taking the drink from you and why would I want to cause a mess on myself. And for her to walk off without an apology. I never feel so insulted and humiliated. Human errors happen and I do get loose caps, slight spills and not perfect drink from time to time but I never have I been treated this way. This is unprofessional and is not how customer should be treated and also create a bad reputation. All the other customers that had witness this from in store to drive thru. Such a negative exposure. Lazy and Carelessness and should not be in a customer face position. Manager was not available but I had contacted cooperate. Clearly the employee approached of insult and discrimination was present. . Due to this negative experience on an expected relax Friday had changes the way I feel about dunkin. I hope this feedback get through to this employee directly with discipline action plan. I now have to spend money for interior cleaning that is not worth it from being cause by a 4 buck drink.
Good afternoon, I love Dunkin, but today I felt quite sad because the employees of this place made fun of me for my poor English. They lack human quality. I asked them a question and they told me that they didn't speak Spanish, but when I said something, the guy understood me in Spanish and answered me in Spanish as well. This is called discrimination. How bad for you.

3 times I ordered a medium drink at this Dunkin’ Donuts and 3/4 of my cup was full, and I asked for less ice and half the cup is full of ice, what are you guys having a shrink inflation or something?
