I am beyond annoyed! I told the girl no egg on my bacon and cheese bagel. I get all the way home. I go to sit down and eat my food only to open up my sandwich and see egg in it!!!

I just ordered my usual shaken espresso like I do every morning, but the girl taking orders insisted it only comes with brown sugar and that what I was asking for didn’t exist. I explained that I get it made that way every day, but she laughed and whispered into the mic like I didn’t know what I was talking about. It’s disappointing—Hoxsie used to be one of the few locations that made my coffee right every time. I guess my order suddenly doesn’t exist anymore, so I won’t be returning LOL 😂

Zero star if at all possible. Did not get what we asked for at all. Nutty pumpkin had none of the actual pumps I asked for and the bagels with creamcheese, yea right, they gave us just the bagels. Never coming to this one again.
