One of the better Dunkin' shops around. New, clean, opens very early. Staff is energetic with a good attitude. Some of these let you stand at the counter for five minutes while they handle drive through - not these guys, they treat you like a human being. It's not very cozy inside so maybe they can use a little artwork.

Almost every day i come here, and this place has some of the best fast food i have ever had. I get a Medium iced original blend 5 Cookie butter syrup, 5 liquid cane sugar, 5 cream and cookie butter cold foam, and the only bad thing is they forget the cold foam sometimes.

The past 2 years the service at the window & calling in orders is atrocious! Twice this week we got the wrong orders ! Black coffee with Milk in it , Tea that taste like coffee . Weak coffee . I ordered online a specific time and nothing was ready . Get more competent workers or a new Mgr .

Hands down this is the very best of the best Dunkin Donuts in all of Warwick. The manager “Kristen” is a favorite by the entire community, she’s cooler than cool. The shop and facility are top shelf only a few tears old. Location is perfect for quick stop before jumping on highway. The coffee and food in all their flavors and types are the best around. The prices are affordable. The staff are very friendly & helpful. Whether walk in or drive- thru, either way is shirt wait on the busiest of days. Plenty of parking . Highly recommend this Dunkin location. ** - Be kind & tip the staff. - **

Normally I love coming here but the past two times I have gotten coffee in the morning it tastes horribly wrong as in the batch of coffee. I used to work for dunkin and i’ve been drinking their coffee for years and someone is not making it correctly. I understand the stress they go through trust me but it’s frustrating when you’re so excited to get your coffee and then you can’t drink it cause it’s so bad…
I'm here every morning and order the same thing. The staff is friendly and i always enjoy my morning dunkin run i remember wearing a rock paper scissor shirt and one of them challenged me to a game and it was so early i was caught off guard but it made my morning and normally i only go to dunkin for myself but somedays the family wants some and my mom loves her glazed munchkins. Today was amazing as i was a 2 dollars short due to my bank locking my card unknowingly and luckily having some cash on me they graciously paid the 2 dollars for me and this was a morning everyone in the house wanted something. if it was just me it wouldve been okay to start but they really just know how to go above and beyond 10/10 will order everyday. America Runs on Dunkin? sorry i still like New England Runs On Dunkin!!

Worst dunkin by far. The young girls are rude. I ordered a large ice macchiato caramel and whole milk. What I got was a latte made with cream and caramel. I went back in to have it remade the girl who remade it for me rolled her eyes at me. And still made it the same way I gave it to her. Good thing the dunkin in west warwick on west warwick ave got it rite for me. They saved the day.
