On the morning of Wednesday 10/22/25 I had got the wrong coffee and sandwich, I asked for a remake and I told the girl it was supposed to have extra ice. She replied “ girl I know how to make coffee” when I asked for her name due to her wearing a Nike shirt, and no name tag. She then ripped her jacket off and ran outside to threaten me. I had my 3 year old daughter in the backseat and I am 8 months pregnant or I would have stayed and called the cops. Me and my child were both quite shaken up about this threat and situation. The manger ( Colby) told me her name was “ Sabrina”. Nobody helped me or stopped the employee. I have emailed corporate and requested a call back. This was not okay and I pray this doesn’t happen to any other customers especially a pregnant customer with a child present.

Great people and the fast service especially for the morning Rush. Was charged 50 cents for hot water in my thermos, Better Price than Starbucks! They charged $4 for a hot water thermos, will be going back to Dunkin' Donuts to refill all my thermos

i got the lava cake signature latte (THAT HAS NO CUP DRISSLE THIS IS NOT A DRISSLE) and the idiots that work here cant even manage to properly make a normal coffee that is on their menu with no modifications, they shouldve mixed this while making it but because theyre a bunch of incompetent morons i have to mix in or remove the whipped cream from my drink to fix their screw up

Store is constantly closing before scheduled hours (11pm). I placed an online order at 9:21pm last night. I was there by 9:24pm and they shut the lights off and went in the back as I was walking up. I could see my order still flashing on their order screen. This has happened for the final time. I’ll go to a different location from now on.
If this is their new hours (closing whenever they want), they need to have Dunkin update it on the mobile app and on Google.
I think coffee shops should be a better experience specifically a multi million dollar company like dunkin!

I go here because it's convenient but also some of the staff especially Maria she has been there the longest and makes the store run smoothly no matter how busy it is. Great customer service and always so pleasant and she makes my day I know when I leave I will be laughing shes great

I am not a fan of DD because the coffee is like water and they shrink everything size donuts and bagels. Add to that the way they treat their employees and all employees are part time so DD don't pay any benefits. I gave credit to DD employees they do a great job keeping up with customers ?
