This Dunkin has always been managed superbly. You can tell by how efficient and well trained the staff are. The coffees are always made spot on and the filled donuts are always perfectly done. A+ all around.

donuts and coffee are good.. but this location constantly parks cars for minimal food orders. I get drive thru time is important.. but it shouldn’t sacrifice customer service!
Thank you to the 2 wonderful employees who helped me this afternoon when I was having an emergency with my bully. Thank you so much! She made it how safely and I super appreciate everything that you did. Your boss is very lucky to having such caring people in his employ.

Best Dunkin in Warwick. There staff is always amazing. My coffee is always made right and in a timely fashion. Tiffany is excellent she always goes above and beyond. Her customer service is great from making sure my coffees right, to asking how I’m doing, and reminding me about promotions. I didn’t realize Wednesday was free donut day and sure enough she told me. I highly recommend this Dunkin. There ice coffees are also cheaper than other Dunkin’s I’ve been to.

Terrible service, terrible employees, always more worried about a drive thru timer than giving me the correct items or even made correctly. The worst part is the management, you try and talk to a MANAGER about an issue and he acts like you as the customer are the problem. Such a shame, used to be the best dunkin......

Went here twice this week. Medium iced caramel with oatmilk. Ssg, egg, chz on English and HBs. Pulled me up to park both times. (Not allowed by corporate) Today, coffee is essentially black and my English muffin, barely toasted with the entire piece of cheese stuck to wrapping, undercooked HBs. I get pulled up to keep their timer at a decent percentage, and they hand me low quality food/bev as a result. I won't be coming here any longer. Good luck with this business model. (Former DD manager of 8 years)

I come here a couple of times a week after work, today when i tried to come in at 630 the doors were locked and the employee was throwing out donuts?? i had to double check to make sure i wasnt losing time but no i wasnt. is there a change on time or is this employee being lazy?
Asked for a well done bagel they didn’t even toast it they microwaved it last time for this place and the one on Elmwood by the Warwick Cranston line just as bad morning help nothing but attitudes

Very friendly & patient but when I got bagel there was maybe one slab of cream cheese:( ..
I ordered thru drive thru a sausage/egg/cheese sandwich, hash browns and med hot tea and large ice coffee around 12pm on 3/26/24. When I got to work to eat my sandwich, I had 2 long dark brown/black strands of hair in my sandwich. Disgusting!!!! Had to throw out sandwich and hash browns. Never again will I order from this location again?

If i could give zero stars, i would. Ive been coming here forever now, unfortunately after what i saw, that will be my last visit. I heard the owner verbally batter a girl (employee), bordering on physically abusive. Disgusting! John, the owner, should absolutely be ashamed of himself. I hope you don't have daughters, because i would fear for their safety. Ive never witnessed someone verbally degrade someone like i witnessed this weekend. Absolutely disgraceful. I hope that employee follows up with law enforcement/ lawyer/ or corporate. For everyone else reading this, do not support this business!! They deserve to have thier doors closed forever.
