On May 7th at 7:05 am I was gave so much attitude form the “manager” at the Dunkin on 422 Warwick ave this is the second time I have been given this attitude from the same lady who is usually at the drive thru window so after todays visit I felt like I needed to write this review. She had got my coffee Oder wrong and when i tried to tell her I was yelled at saying that “I should have read the Oder before proceeding” so instead I left and tried to call a supervisor or something when I called the same lady answered the phone and when I said to speak to a manager to talk about the situation I was hung up on multiple times this is unprofessional behavior if I could give a negative review I would.

I had a shocking and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru on April 25th 2025 at 6:30-7AM. A young employee at the window was completely inattentive while handing me my hot coffee. She spilled it on herself, then wrongly blamed me, claiming I caused the spill. Her reaction was unprofessional and aggressive—she yelled at me and threw the entire coffee at my car, splattering it and creating a mess, before storming off.
This was honestly outrageous—throwing hot coffee is not just rude, it’s dangerous and could’ve seriously hurt someone. I’m beyond disappointed with how this was handled, and it’s clear this place needs better training or oversight. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I’m done with this Dunkin’ and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they get their act together.
They never get an order right! You never get a napkin. You don’t get a straw. You can’t have creamers, but they serve plenty of attitude at that window. Yes it’s actually funny because it’s a lot lip from a girl that pronounces words like a 3 year old. Yeah the girl that says dinnit instead of didn’t . She shouldn’t be customer facing she should be cleaning the bathrooms.
I drove up from Connecticut, because my sister and family have lived in Warwick, Rhode Island since 1981. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts when it was smaller and now its expanded.
I Never have had any problems or issues..Your team is always pleasant, efficient and I feel they treat their customers like family. This is My Favotite Dunkin and always will be. Thank you to the entire Stafff.
The weekday crew is amazing and I never seem to have a problem with them, I wish I could give them a separate 5 star review. The service is great during the week. The children that work on the weekends are rude and need to learn manners. Not only will I be reaching out to the franchisee directly but I’ll also be getting in touch with my contact at corporate. I’ve been to 100’s of Dunkin’ Donuts in New England and elsewhere and there is not one other store that I’ve seen such disrespect out of. The manager needs to get on top of training these individuals in proper customer service. If they don’t want to be there they don’t have to be, that simple.
If you want a terrible experience, go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered for a pick up on the app which I will also never use again. I put my order in at 6:50 AM walked in the door at 7:20 AM and it hadn’t even been started yet. I didn’t have time to wait so I ased for a refund. I was told I could get one through the app. Try to get one through the app, putting in all kinds of request. Still have not heard back from the manager called the customer service number in the app. I’m told that I still have to wait for the manager to get a refund. So I spent $36 on food and drinks. I never got and I obviously will never see!
This drive thru is constantly rude, yelling at me YUP instead of what can I get for you and when I get to the window they all act like they are victims. I will gladly take my money elsewhere.
Never not satisfied by this Dunkin! 422 Warwick Ave is the best Dunkin with the best staff !
If I could give a negative 5 star review here I would. Drinks always wrong. Food always stale. Rude service. Every once in a while I go back to see if it gets better. It dont. It's by far the worst dunkin anywhere in new england.
Ordered a mocha iced coffee like I always do but this morning it tasted really nasty like old coffee sitting in a coffee pot, this has happened a few times and I don’t like to complain but I couldn’t get past the awful taste. I would appreciate a gift card for the inconvenience if possible. 🤷🏽♂️
