One time I stopped by while waiting for the bus back to West Warwick, and I ordered a drink coffee. Now this isn’t an exscuse because I’m like a normal person, but, I have autism. Ok? Keep that in mind. So high functioning, like normal people, but still, autism….. … anyhow, I had most of the money for an order, but, … I forget now honestly, like 20 in change (random number. lol) And they said that if I had most I could pay for, (I hope I don’t get their workers in trouble with corporate by saying all this) they could help cover the last of the remaining change. Now I know, I know, I’ve worked too in my time. Once at Starbucks actually. That may not be the best thing to do H.F.A. Or not. But, moral of the story is, they are kind and courteous. And help out those in need. Or maybe just those who need help. Also, to add on, every time I go in here, they are working hard; very hard. It’s clean.

This location really struggles with consistency. The coffee tastes different every single day—watered down or burnt. It’s disappointing when you never know what you’re going to get. Employees should take more pride in the product and make it as if they were going to drink it themselves, rather than just handing out whatever comes out of the pot. Quality control and training definitely need improvement.

Awful on the weekends, I don't know what the person running the shifts on the weekends is doing but they need to be retrained. Not good at all. Burnt coffee , not making orders to specification

Theg sell you burnt coffee for cold brew price. Just got ck pletely ripped off on uber eats order. I got 5 back on 3 undrinkable burnt coffees that were supposed to be cold brew but 110% arent bc how would.cold brew taste burnt?

I go here a lot because it's somewhat close to my house.
Today my 3 year old was going to poop her pants on our way home so we stopped in to use the bathroom. I saw they didn't have a public restroom but let the worker know my daughter really needed a bathroom. She wasn't going to make it to my house (again, closeby - so clearly an emergency for us). The employee had to ask the manager who refused us. He actually refused my child, a 3 year old! I've been to gas stations that let us use their employee restroom.
I get it, you don't have a public restroom. But you can't make an exception once for a child?
I will not be going here again. This is not what I expect out of any company.

Best Dunkin! They’re always remaking my coffees from other Dunkin’s with no complaints and it’s always perfect every time. Some Dunkin’s will tell me my shaken espresso is the right color and they wont remake it but at this Dunkin they’re so polite it really makes the experience worth it considering I get sometimes 4/5 coffees a day! They also give out dog treats for my pups💗 After about 3PM… I don’t know if it’s kids on or what but a good coffee is a 50/50 shot in afternoon and night

There are so many choices. Kids love blended drinks, donuts, sandwiches... but my problem is the coffee. The simplest part. I drink it black because I like the taste of coffee. No flavoring, they have all those options, so you ignore the fact that the coffee sucks.

I absolutely love the morning girls on the weekdays. Don’t recommend going here past 3 PM or on the weekends. I went back to tell them my order was made wrong on a Saturday and they gave me what I ordered, but it was very obviously completely squished and ruined and I couldn’t eat that either so sad as this is my go to Dunkin but oh well
