I absolutely love the morning girls on the weekdays. Don’t recommend going here past 3 PM or on the weekends. I went back to tell them my order was made wrong on a Saturday and they gave me what I ordered, but it was very obviously completely squished and ruined and I couldn’t eat that either so sad as this is my go to Dunkin but oh well

I originally went to McDonald's bc I wanted an egg sandwich and hash brown. I stood there for like 5 minutes and by the time any staff helped me, they said it was too late for breakfast....
so i came here to dunkin. I ordered my egg sandwich. I also got a SMORES donut and a frozen matcha to drink.
The staff was friendly and FAST. Everything tasted great, was made correctly.
My ONLY COMPLAINT was the Air-conditioning was WAY TOO COLD. Customers were wearing coats to place their orders! I think you need to a set the thermostat higher.

I’m waiting at an empty counter for someone to serve me,. I guy comes up and just looks at me stone faced. I say “Good Morning, I’d like a half dozen”. He tells me the price and asks me to pay now. I hesitate , but say “ok? Hi says “it’s just easier for me, I don’t know why you’re getting offended”. What ever happened to customer service? Why is it my fault that this guy hates his job. Never going to this Dunkin’ again.

So, got one drink. I walked in and boom, ready to go. I took a sip and it was fantastic. The service is good. I been here a dozen times and all the time they are good.

Love paying 5$ for a completely burnt sandwich. Coffee order was wrong as well. This is easily the worst Dunkin in Warwick, I accidentally placed a mobile order here and knew it was gonna be messed up. Whole order was garbage.
