I come here every morning before work and on the weekends, coffee is always burnt or not rotated properly and I can never get a meal that I order doesn’t matter how simple but I ain’t knocking the crew definitely management. Do better this Dunkin use to be the one to go to and this will now be the one I run away from.

Last week I ordered two iced french vanilla swirl cream only and I only got vanilla shots instead this week I was ordered a refund someone called me on my phone they said they were going to take care of it spoke to the manager this morning and they said there's nothing that they can do about it I am very disappointed I won't be there for a while I've been here for almost 3 years in Apponaug and I'm very disappointed at their staff if they want customers to return they need to pay attention to the orders a lot of us spend a lot of money on coffees and food they need to pay attention

I absolutely loved this place ❤️ but the last 3 times I ordered take out its been the worst experience I've had!! I want to be transparent and say the last order they offered me a gift card that I declined!!! They usually have fantastic food, great service and I'm sad to say that has not been my last few experiences! Food is not what or how you order, it's cold it's just not worth what I paid for it honestly 42.00 dollars for chicken wings and macaroni and cheese should be as easy and hot as possible but sad to say no! Atmosphere is great and customer service is good! Please get it together because you were literally my favorite place and I just can't say that anymore!!!

This is by far the worst dunkin in the state of Rhode Island. I feel bad for a few of the workers here because some of them are nice. While the heavy Shrek looking ones don't care about customer service. It does not matter whether you tip 1 dollar, 2 dollars or 5 dollars you will get what they give you. DO NOT ASK FOR LIGHT ICE AND DO NOT ASK FOR COLD FOAM. DO NOT ASK FOR BACON. YOU WILL GET A HALF A CUP OF LIQUID WITH ENOUGH ICE FOR 4 DRINKS. OR HALF A CUP OF COLD FOAM. They must have a burnt setting for the bacon. This dunkin makes all the other dunkins in RI look amazing.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing experience my wife had during her job interview here at this location this morning. Although she wasn’t offered the position, the manager was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the process. Her warm demeanor made her feel comfortable and valued, which is not something you see everywhere. It’s clear that this shop prioritizes a positive environment for both employees and customers. A TIP YOU WANT A TIP for do doing your job? why a 10% tip to put a muffin in a bag? really? Does Cumberland Farms ask for a 10% tip to do a retail store job? This is not wait staff service. No one provided any more service to me then what I got at K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Stop-Shop or any other place that pays FULL WAGES . But this place wants a tip.
