My order: 2 donuts and a large light no sugar iced. After 12 min I got a caramel mocha something. The donuts were right at least. Never got my orders right at any time I go there. I try about once every few months. Maybe I'm cursed?

coffee is always disgusting and bitter. food was cold despite picking it up less than 10 minutes after placing mobile order. i’ve been here multiple times and have never been acknowledged by an employee and always have to reach over the counter to grab my mobile order
I was satisfied with Jen's customer service skills. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my coffee was made to my satisfaction including stirring my sugar and just holding up a normal conversation making me feel very comfortable during my visit at her store. It was very refreshing to see someone with such great customer service skills after having so many issues at this location and them making my coffees right. I will definitely be returning after my experience today

Love the Peppermint Mocha Latte made with almond milk! The egg white and turkey sausage with cheese on an English muffin has quickly become my go to breakfast! The staff are fantastic, and the store is always clean!

It’s a gas station Dunkin, not much to be expected for atmosphere. I feel bad for the workers as the space looks cramped. Quick service but a bit rude cashier, not much to be expected though for New England.
