Food is good, some of the waitresses are great! Super funny and friendly. I think two might be the owners daughters? The owner Keith is the nicest man. He is one of the reasons I keep going back! He is always at the front counter. I love him! Portion sizes are good and the prices are very fair.

Dead there. Took a while to get seated while three employees stood around to chit chat, leaving us waiting. Food was decent. Waitress was attentive once we had one. Good take out place I suppose. Service not so much.

Ordered take out 3 times recently. First order egg rolls were missing, second order dumplings were ordered steamed and they were fried, today our garlic chicken was missing from order. Called and they said come back and get it…no apology - didn’t go back. They seemed unfazed that this was our third issue with them! Same person took our order all three times. Sorry Han palace - we will not order again and we intend to share our experience with everyone we know.

Super friendly staff, great prices for large portions! Ive been going to Hans Palace for YEARS and even after moving out of warwick Hans has me coming back! Ive even got my boyfriend and now my toddler hooked on them too. Great portion sizes, everything is always fresh, and very flavorful! I recommend the pork fried rice, sweet n sour chicken, eggs rolls, boneless spareribs, crab rangoons, and the house wing sauce is phenomenal.
