Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet

This place was a mistake from the moment I walked in. The food tasted bad and looked unsafe, and the dining area felt dirty and neglected. I left feeling like my money was completely wasted. The service made everything worse. The staff showed no respect, and the server spoke in a rude way while making comments that crossed the line. My friend was laughed at, which should never happen in any restaurant. Instead of helping, the server created tension and made the situation uncomfortable the entire time. Nothing about this place shows care or basic professionalism. There is no respect for customers, no accountability, and no reason to ever return. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. You will get better treatment almost anywhere else. I will never come back.

Very poor service…we go somewhat actively but the past couple times it’s been awful…this time around the service was so bad the waitress was the rudest she can be was very disrespectful we were a group and she charged us 18 extra people for no reason and then when we tried to explain she told us to not come back ever again….very gross food always makes us sick afterwards and everything tastes like it’s from days before. Nasty by all means

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I was eating their black pepper chicken and didn’t realize until a couple bites in that every single piece was undercooked. It was incredibly slimy and pink when I brought it to their attention they told me it was dummy chicken and told me that it was cooked and I brought them up a plate fresh from the buffet and showed them that it was not cooked. They still wanted me to pay $40 I told them the only thing that I’m gonna pay for is the sodas she quickly got mad and told me to leave. Do not go here unless you want food poisoning.

$83 for a family of 5 (plus tip) and not a single one of us got a second plate. This place has been trending down for awhile now and imo has reached bottom. The choices are getting weirder, cheaper, and more traditional US buffet vs Chinese themed (garlic bread, meatloaf, stuffed jalapeños, etc). The quality is sub par even compared to other buffets, and food sits out well past when it should. Dumplings were rock hard, wonton soup was mushy, generals chix was dry and goopy. Once a favorite of my kids, they even admitted how bad it was and agreed we werent going back.

The waitress ran yelling after me saying the money wasn't enough I thought I didn't count right, but no SHE absolutely wanted more tip!!! It is suggested to tip not an obligation!!! And they way she made all of us feel, never going back.

for a typical chinese buffet this is great. i love the food and i leave full every time. they used to serve these like glass noodles but i havent seen them in a long time makes me sad because i enjoyed eating that so much🥲.
