I've never gone to a coffee shop at 5pm and gotten a bagel that is fresh and soft. Dunkin sells stale hockey pucks past noon, but Honey Dew impressed me today. Amy was a people's person, kind, chatty and made me feel welcome. She deserves some recognition, it's very rare to see someone who actually cares about their customers. I'll be back for more excellent service and great bagels!

I used to go to Dunkin Donuts in the past but Honey Dew really has them beat in terms of food quality. Their breakfast sandwich is better with more options. Their coffee tastes better(Dunkin has gone downhill).

I went in to place an order. I was in line behind two guys. That was together. I was in there for two minutes tops and I hear loud voice in the back saying OK who is the impatient one came out with such a bad look on her face like she wanted to fight somebody Terrible terrible attitude then she’s giving me a mean look and said how can I help you but still rude ignorant voice so I started to tell her then I said you know what cancel the order I don’t like your attitude and I walked out. I’m just one customer i’d imagine if she treats other people like that this honeydew location will get no business.
