It's 330pm and there is a girl hiding in the back (saw her look out)- and there is a sign on the register saying be back soon.I've been waiting 15 minutes, when is soon????? I don't believe you just stop serving customers in the middle of the day

Always out of the stuff I want since it opened like no cookies, brownies, donuts, etc. The plain bagel also tastes weird. This is the only place to eat before going into work in the area besides a gas station.

I was going to buy a Portuguese sandwich and when I told her why I was getting charged $1 extra for egg she didn't want to hear about . She cut me off and didn't want to explain . I feel if she's having a bad day she should not take it on a customer since she works for the public . Find another job and not be rude . I'm still wondering if it's 5.99 for the sandwich why she was charging extra for the egg ..like she couldn't take it out , when she's manually typing Infront of me . I work in retail i know how a register works . DONT GO THERE good thing I saw that , i wonder how many times I gotten charged without me noticing. I have a cold if not I would argued and taken her name and gotten her to change it seriously stay home , how I miss having dunkin I rarely come here but when I do is cause I got no choice If I hated it before now you have lost a customer ... WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE

No worker is here, not sure what happened but waited 15 minutes rang the fell a few times but no one showed up lots of customers are starting to walk away , what a shame it is now 5:21 pm got in line at 5:05
