the food isnt bad its just everything is drowned in butter and cream. like nothing here tastes like food unless it just has barely been cooked like the raw or steamed seafood and shellfish.

Iggys is a Rhode Island staple and everyone knows the food is excellent. The service is incredible at the Boardwalk restaurant. I have gone a few times and it is always great in the summertime sitting outside enjoying a lobster. Recently we went for my brothers birthday and they really made it special and even sang a special Iggys happy birthday song. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond and everyone really enjoyed the food!
We had a delicious dinner at Iggy's. I had the Mahi Mahi and my husband had the Shrimp Scampi. The shrimp were huge! 6-7 of them! Our waiter was Rickie. Couldn't ask for a better waiter! Looking forward to coming back!

The white clam chowder was very good, the clam cakes were greasy but what really bugged me was no refills on fountain soda. $2.99 for a small and no refill is pretty

The food was good. The staff was friendly. Our waitress however, stated "I would normally get you more to drink but she was super busy. It wasn't even busy and they had plenty of wait staff.
Although 4 of us went on a cold damp winter day the atmosphere always brings summer to mind. The wait staff here is awesome (we had Bella on this occasion). The drinks are always great. The food is very good and consistent. Our expectations are always met at Iggy's!

If I could give zero stars I would. Microwaved food , horrible. Food was inedible Sent it all back and the manager Kerri offered me a doughboy. Stay away , it is basically a summer bar trying to operate in the winter with inexperienced staff and cooks.

The appetizers, the entrees & the service were excellent last Saturday night for our party of four. I feel that their prices are a little high for what you get. Other than that, I recommend it.

Makense was superb .my 2nd trip for lunch fromport chestet,ny..2 1/2 hrs for lunch ,,Fantastic..so good I ordered clam chowder 1 quart,had leftovers,plus a bag of dough boys....I WILL BE BACK. 100% WORTH
