Food was great our server was great but way to much negativity in the kitchen being herd by guests from servers yelling at the cook.

I went to IHOP, Warwick, RI. I would never eat here again. Omelette was very oily and overcooked. I’m vegetarian and you could taste that the pancakes were cooked in meat oil. Horrible! Mac&cheese was like from a box and dry. Hash browns were dry, burnt and flavor was strange. We could not eat most of the food.
Server brought the wrong order and tried to convince me it the was correct one. Otherwise, the service was average.
The table was wet and the seat and menus had food on them.
Overall bad experience. I do not recommend.

Not a bad IHOP other than always being super understaffed. Even during a busy Sunday rush they had two servers and one cook. Isn't worth the wait or dealing with poor management choices.

Thanks to Ronnie I’m a customer for life, I truly appreciate what he did for me and how he took personal care of me. I’ll recommend more people to you guys, my favorite pancake is the NY cheesecake 😋. Thanks again Ronnie, great customer service 10/10.

After years of avoiding IHOP due to concerns about value and quality, I'm thrilled I decided to give them another chance. What a pleasant surprise! The service was excellent, and the menu has undergone significant changes since my last visit.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake crepes, which were absolutely divine - truly exceptional flavor and presentation. Even better, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality and portion received. Those crepes have been on my mind ever since!

If you haven't visited IHOP recently, I highly recommend stopping by to experience their revamped offerings. You might be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Honestly, breakfast for myself...2 eggs over EZ, 2 bacon strips, 2 sausages, 2 pancakes, 0 toast..guess they don't serve toast...which might be nice for those eggs...but, nooo! The bacon was thin, the sausage were skinny ...$17 with tip....Hey R U kidding $3.99 for coffee??..!! The pancakes were OK...would have preferred toast!

It was decent. Had to kind of rush to catch flight. Refills were sporadic and never got fruit to go with meal. Was slow but employees were all sitting down near bathroom talking. New Eggs Benedict were slightly overcooked but still good taste at least.
