We used to be a huge fan of It's Just Wings. At some points we probably ordered weekly, but over the last few months, the quality of food delivered has significantly fallen. The final straw for us was two orders in a row of buffalo wings showing up with little to no buffalo sauce at all. The food used to be great and of great value. If there has been a change in recipe or management, it may be time to change again because right now, it's not worth ordering from here anymore.

I ordered the 14 piece bone-in wings, which were very tasty (Buffalo/Sweet chili). The drumsticks were tough to eat, but the flat wings were perfect. I should have ordered more dipping sauce, but didn't. My bad! The French fries, however were very salty and were overly seasoned. I would recommend this restaurant in the future. A+

Ordered Nashville hot and buffalo boneless wings. Nashville hot had ungodly amounts on seasoning on it, and when did buffalo wings come in a yellow coloring? I ordered 3 ranch but got 3 blue cheese instead. The cherry on top was they managed to make the blue cheese dip warm, and the wings cold. Never ordering from there again.

The wings are great for being able to pick them up in 10 minutes. As for this chilis staff, I have to compliment how nice and helpful everyone including the manager was. I made a mistake ordering my food and everyone was doing the most they could to help me! Very nice people and I had it had to be said

Ordered chicken wings the first time ordered the chicken was raw returned food got another order same thing chicken looks under cook the blue cheese was water never riding form this place again and asking to get my money back I just drove 30 minutes to get this food

Some wings were raw inside and needed to be heated, the lemon pepper had zero lemon pepper on them and we needed to put some on ourselves, the boxes were mislabeled resulting in someone eating someone else’s order and getting spicy instead of sweet.Some boxes had 6 wings instead of 8 so we got shorted like 6 wings.Everyone who had some of these wings is complaining of stomach trouble the following day.We were hesitant to try in the first place since they don’t offer smoked wings anymore, and needless to say we are not going back.

Both orders of bone-in wings are completely raw! 16 wings directly in the trash. A bite was taken before realizing. Horrified.

Literally this is just chili’s disguised as another restaurant. It’s such a scam. There is no sign or anything. It’s the most confusing thing ever. The food was nasty. The Fries were so soggy and cold.DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I was there right away since I was at bestbuy down the street and had already got my curbside pickup item from them, and the food was actually out with-in 5 minutes which was awesome BUT nothing was hot or even warm. The chicken was basically just fried breading and looked like nothing in the photo. There was little to no "chicken". This was my first order of just wings and when I looked up food near me I was like oh cool a new wing spot and then when I saw that it was chili's I was a like oh ok that's interesting. Applebee's Boneless wings are amazing but the "chicken" wings I got yesterday from itsjustwings (chilis) were just Sad.
