Horrible experience at this location.
There was only one person in front of me and three people behind the counter, yet it took an absurd amount of time for them to crank out three basic subs. I ended up standing there for around 20 minutes just to get a regular Italian sub, which is ridiculous by any standard.
The guy putting the subs together was clearly out of his depth, and the other two employees were basically just standing around, oblivious to the fact that my sub was sitting there, ready to be assembled. There was even another assembly station they could have used, but they just milled around instead of doing their jobs.
I walked out of that store genuinely disgusted by how incompetent and indifferent the staff were, and after that rotten experience, there is a good chance Jersey Mike’s has lost my business for good.

Great sandwich! Ordered online, picked up at time it told me and it was ready. The sandwich was delicious!!! Much better than competition and the price was fair. I got the original italian Mike's way and i loved it. Also, they are fairly new so im sure they had some kinks/training to work out for the previous reviews.

New location meets the standards you would expect from any jersey mikes. They got all the pain in the butt order stuff correct, food was fresh, hot items hot and cold items cold, in separate bags.

Me and my husband ordered on the app for pick up, we usually go to a different location, but wanted to try the one closer to us... We enjoy Jersey Mike's and consider it a treat, so when it is less than, it's disappointing. Both of our sandwiches were Sloppy, sitting in so much oil it was drinking dripping out of the wrapping and neither sandwich was properly cut all the way through. May try one more time before going back to the further location.

My Philly cheese steak was good but it seemed smaller than the ones I get in East Greenwich. My mom's $13 Italian was soggy from the dressing. She had to eat it with knife and fork. It was smaller too. I like that EG has curbside delivery.
Love Jersey Mikes. Was super happy to have one open up locally. However, this is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed by the brand.
Service was top notch. But sandwiches were super skimpy. Barely any meat in the chipotle chicken. Relish was only in one third of it. Both sandwiches had barely any veggies.

My online order was ready when promised. Helpful and courteous staff. Facility looked clean. Got a #8 sandwich…4 stars for overall and 3 stars for food due to the sandwich not slapping as hard as at other Mike’s locations. The lettuce in my sandwich appeared a little wilted, more yellow and many shreds translucent than it should have been (like it was on its way to spoiling). Also, the bacon in my sandwich was scarce and not as crispy as I’m accustomed to from other Mike’s.
