Now let me tell you, Ashley isn’t just an employee—she’s the Beyoncé of sandwich artistry. She greeted me like I was a long-lost war hero returning from a sandwich-less dimension. I asked for a #13 Mike’s Way and she nodded like she knew the secrets of the universe. The way she layered the meats? Precision. The lettuce? Fluffed like clouds. The vinegar and oil drizzle? A Michelangelo painting in liquid form.
She handed it to me like she was knighting me into the Order of the Hoagie. I took one bite and briefly forgot my name, where I was, and why I ever ate anywhere else. I think I saw colors that don’t exist on the visible spectrum. I don’t even know if I paid or just floated out of the building carried by sandwich-induced euphoria.

Chris is the real deal he is what franchise deserves , respectful , knowledgeable , all around great customer service . Above and beyond to fix a small wrong in my order . I went in for 1 sandwich 13 minutes before closing and was treated terribly. One of the boys was nice and said don't worry about it when I apologized the other one was pissed off giving me a dirty look saying 'what do you want!?' When I told him I wanted the rosemary bread he said of course I just threw that away..I'll have to get one out..oh I'm sorry you have to do your job. I swear these young kids nowadays have no work ethic or manners. I won't be coming back. I'm paying and I felt uncomfortable like I shouldn't be there even though you're still OPEN!

completely gave me what they decided. They felt like making. I ordered a simple steak and cheese. It was loaded with onions and peppers which I am highly allergic to when I called the store on Warwick Avenue I was told oh yeah really wow but we have a call center for that very ignorant and unprofessional will never go there again $25 flushed right down the toilet unfortunately I know these reviews mean nothing so nothing will ever change too bad. Your business will lose more and more customers with these type of employees.

Been ordering from this location close to 10 years now and have never had an issue. The staff are always polite, attentive, and friendly. Subs are always delicious, hot or cold.
Highly recommended if you've never tried before.
