Iāve ordered at this location twice now and both times I either got the wrong order (Philly cheesesteak instead of chicken cheesesteak) and/or missing ingredients (no onions even though they were requested). Need to pay more attention, especially on mobile orders

I was here on Saturday I believe it was 11-16-24 I ordered 3-sandwiches I no that there prices are a bit high but I felt like treating my wife and kids anyway. I waited at least 45-plus minutes for my food mind you I live in East providence there in Warwick I had to drive home with the food they didnāt even keep me updated on my order as I was waiting looking right at them they didnāt say were working on your order or anything when my order reached the counter the girl didnāt even say your all set I said was it because I was to kind to them that I got this poor treatment it really ruined my day terribly place Rodney P

TIPS. Why is this asked. It is counter service. It is not waitstaff wages they are paid. This is walk up service clean your own table of plates plastic forks.

The team here is AMAZING! Each and every time I order they understand the assignment Iām always pleased! I havenāt had a steak and cheese sub from ANYWHERE in several years because no one ever does it right, however this Jersey Mikeās has done it!!!!! Im so happy I can finally get a steak and cheese sub ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø YESSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Sorry I canāt post a pic we ate all LOL

best jersey mikes in RI!! the team runs like a well oiled machine & are super professional. Iāve came to this one quite a few times and itās always reliably, consistently well made. whoever owns this franchise lucked out with the staff! :) I put take out but Iāve dined in a few times as well

Ordered a bunch of food because I had a gift card. Go to pay and the guy swipes my card 3 times and tells me itās not valid. I go home and log onto their website, enter the GC code and Jersey Mikeās website tells me I still have a $25 balance. Pretty shady.
