I ordered a famous bowl meal I asked if it was a large fry he said no, but you can upgrade to a large so I did then I was told as a 10 minute wait on the biscuits. I said I wanted to order two on the side besides what came with the other meal I ordered when I got to the window. I made sure that he heard I wanted two biscuits so I pay for my stuff and I proceed to wait the 10 minutes for the biscuits they bring it out. I look in the bag. The famous bowl is not there And the fries is a small couldn’t get anyone’s attention. Had to drive back around through the drive-through. I told them I’m missing the famous bowl and then told him I got a small fry. The girl standing next to the kid tells me with an attitude that it only upgrades the drink like I should have known. they charge me for another small fry. Still only got one biscuit and then after all that they even asked for the small fry back. I really hope they aren’t planning on serving it. should probably familiarize your employees with your menus and not be rude to customers who were waiting for quite a while and didn’t receive their whole order they paid for

Ordered on DoorDash got all my food opened up the bag and I’m not even surprised half of. It’s missing. I called the store up to see what they’re gonna do about it. They basically tell me all mistakes happen. I don’t know what to tell you we’re busy you have to come pick it up. I told him well. The whole point of me ordering on DoorDash was so I didn’t have to pick it up because I couldn’t pick it up at the time so basically I was out half of my order. So then I asked them if they checked the food or if they just throw it in a bag and hope for the best she says yeah we check every single bag. I said well apparently you don’t because half of my stuff is missing just a waste of time even bothering to even argue or say anything they just don’t care. Food was sloppy cold disgusting Well at least what I got for my food was.

Gravy container lid was not properly affixed and lost all my gravy which spilled over all of the food containers. It was a real mess. Check your gravy lids!

Forgot to order one of the burger meals with no mayo. Requested nicely to the you girl at drive through window if it was still possible.
Guy packing our order changed it over then proceeded throw our food aggressively into the boxes. When we got home the food was strewn thought the boxes.
I feel sorry for the girl on the window having to put up with a dick like that all night.
Was given chicken that was dried out .. most likely from sitting under the heaters for hours. .. not the first time either 🤦 Thanks for ripping me off, ( again) KFC. Never again.
