We have eaten there frequently and the meals are always superb with very generous proportions, often enough for another meal. The service is great as are the staff and owners.

Food, service and prices are good. However, regarding compliance with patrons wearing face masks is weak. All but 3 patrons were in compliance & when questioned I was told that the owners don't want to cause conflict with asking the non compliant to "wear a mask".

Did a weeknight dinner experience. The chef was not masked. Fried food was overcooked and dry, and while there was only 1 party ahead of us, we waited over 45 minutes for a few very simple take out dinners. We have had great breakfast experiences here in the past, but after this, I won't be able to convince the family to try again.

They may have good food, but this restaurant is not a good neighbor. They regularly hose their kitchen floor mats against the fence that separates them from an apartment building and flood the parking lot with greasy, foul-smelling runoff that makes everything in the area smell like a dumpster. Their employees also park illegally in the apartment lots, reducing the amount of parking available for residents. And now that they have a walkup window, their customers park in the apartment lot while they wait to hear their number called. The owner has been spoken to and doesn't care. Not ok!

Really nice job with the outdoor seating in the parking lot. Order food at the creamery counter, the restaurant indoors hadn’t opened yet. Nice place for fried seafood. We had the clam bellies and the fisherman‘s platter. Nicely done.

Good portion of fish. Service was good, a little slow. Fish was not real flavorful. I will try the clams and lobster next time.

Decided to try Kim and Steve's after hearing about them from a couple at another restaurant. Their quality portions and options sounded right up our alley. We came during the covid pandemic, sat outside on their lovely outdoor tables and ordered from the seafood shack menu. We got a cold lobster roll which was excellent. Nice big chunks of lobster and a came on yummy large buttered and grilled roll. We also ordered the fish and chips which was a nice size piece and great batter that was just right not too oily or thick. The we also tried the fried mozzarella which was okay. Three big triangles eh I could've gone without those they were good but probably wouldn't order them again. Although i had called earlier and was told you just pick up your food at the window and eat at the tables, there was a friendly waitress who came over a few times to check to ensure everything was good and we had what we needed. There was also a bus boy who would sanitize and clean down tables when guests left the picnic tables. Very Impressive! There was surprise live music too! We had a great experience here! Great job innovating during a pandemic, Kim and Steve's. I can't wait to try indoor dining and your regular menu when the pandemic subsides

So good and so inexpensive! Lobster roll was incredible and so much food for $20. The servers were so nice and followed all safety precautions! Although we thought we were at Chelos we were so happy we misread the sign!
