I was taken aback by the tab when i picked up... also the signage is not appropriate on the street, but they are working on that I think... They are also not called Papi's Tacos anymore, its La Familia Tacos.

This place is a hidden gem in Warwick. I ordered soft and hard tacos and a couple empanadas. It was all fresh and delicious. The biggest compliment of all was one of my Latin friends tasted the food and thought it was homemade instead of a restaurant. I’ve been going here forever. The hospitality is amazing, the atmosphere is also warm and welcoming. And the tacos are even better. I could eat them every day to be honest.Vegetarian options: The owner is very kind and willing to accommodate any dish and make it vegetarian.Parking: It’s not hard to find parking.Kid-friendliness: It’s a great atmosphere for both adults and children!
Quiet, small Mexican restaurant that was managed by a single person in the kitchen and on the floor. I visited on a sleepy weeknight and found this to be a quaint, intimate family owned spot with pretty cheap prices and good food. The menu is standard Mexican fare; burritos, tacos, enchiladas, etc all for very reasonable prices. The service was quick, but it doesn't look like they'd be able to handle more than 8 diners in the restaurant at a time. If I was a local to the area, this would be a great spot to pick up lunch. I ordered their burrito with carnitas and chicken with some chips and guac. The guac was really really smooth, I'm not sure if it was made in house or not. The burrito was really good, and they had a few hot sauces to try with it as well. This place is a nice, independently run Mexican restaurant with very fair prices. It's not going to blow your socks off, but it doesn't need to.

SCAMMERS! stay away. On Tuesday they offer three tacos for $7. Their menu/sign says "make it a combo for $2, with chips and a drink." It shows a picture of chips, salsa, and a drink. They did not ring me out prior to eating (now I know why). I was expecting a $9 bill. Instead it was $13. The reason was that salsa is not included in the combo. It's just chips and a drink, even though the picture SHOWS salsa. What reasonable person thinks that chips don't come with salsa? Especially when it's in the picture. The answer is none. This is clearly a scam where they are charging more than what the customer expects with tricky word play and a deceptive menu. They do it after you eat so you cant call attention to this scam before hand. They should be investigated, shut down and the scammers thrown in jail. They stole $4 from me for salsa. How many people have they done this to? Thousands of dollars total I'm sure. Also their food is trash. Stay away.

Enjoyable primarily take-out restaurant with inside seating and bar. The food is very good and prepared quickly. Prices are good and servings will definitely fill you up. Really enjoyed the margarita I had with my burrito. We have added it to our list of favorites.

Love local food options including La Familia. I’ve had burritos, tacos, and empanadas from here and everything has been great. Even my wife loves the taco and she’s a very picky eater. Keep up the good work!

Cute little place in conimicut village. It's easier to go inside to order because they're fairly busy. The menu isn't too big, which I must say I like. It makes me feel like I'll be getting fresher foods/ingredients. I have tried just about everything and it's worth it. Not my favorite taco place, but I would still stop in passing.
