So discussing found a hair in fries after having to sit in the drive thru for like 5 minutes mind you there was no one in front of us wasn’t busy at all. We got the food and the fries are cold and our flurry’s are melted. Wouldn’t recommend even bothering going to this location the one on bald hill is way better. So discussed and annoyed

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered for delivery through the McDonald’s app. They did not give me everything I ordered. it would not send it back out because their manager couldn’t speak enough. English is what I was told and she did not know how to do it. The kid was very friendly on the phone and then another girl named Jennifer got on the phone. She was extremely rude and just hung up on me. maybe you would have better reviews if you had a better staff that didn’t hang up on people and be rude

People are rude and cant even smile and while there i witnessed an employee named Jennifer talking very rudely to a customer over the phone and arguing with her then slammed the phone down as if she hung up on the customer, absolutely not how to run a restaurant
