HORRIBLE. Ordered on the app and it claimed there was an “error” in the payment method but had 0 problem with taking the money out, and when i called the resturant attempting to rectify the issue i was met with an error signal repeatedly. this is the second time in the past month i have had an issue ordering from this location.

It took 10 minutes to get my order taken, and I was the only one there then the lady who look like the manager had her phone on speakerphone talking to somebody while I waited another 15 for my meal

Woman in the morning is very rude. My son and I no longer go through the drive thru for breakfast when I am dropping him off to work in the mornings. It is now known as MeanDonalds and we go to Dunkin in the same plaza because of how poor the a.m. customer services is. I am very, very forgiving of a bad day once in a while but this woman is consistently mean for zero reason. I am a restaurant manager myself and if I ever witnessed a server or bartender of mine speak to a guest in the manner that this woman does, they would be looking for new employment. However, there is a very pleasant older gentleman who works the drive thru in the afternoon who has excellent customer service skills and is very polite. He is the only reason this McDonald's still gets any of our business.

It was like a time warp 30 years ago, place is severely outdated, and full of local seniors ...food was fine, as was the service. Worth checking out for the entertainment alone🤣

I placed a mobile order at 11:55pm tonight and arrived at the store at 11:59 and was refused the ability to pick up my order. The lady was extremely rude and yelled that she is now closed when I placed the order and arrived before the posted closing time. I lost $28.45 and I would like to be compensated for the horrible service I received today!

Literally, the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Piss all over the bathroom with trash cans, overflowing everywhere. Place needs to be overhauled big time. Every table was filthy and dirty. I will never be back 🤮

So discussing found a hair in fries after having to sit in the drive thru for like 5 minutes mind you there was no one in front of us wasn’t busy at all. We got the food and the fries are cold and our flurry’s are melted. Wouldn’t recommend even bothering going to this location the one on bald hill is way better. So discussed and annoyed
