Quick food. Not much healthy here. No more salads. No more yogurt parfaits. No more ketchup dispenser. Soda dispenser often flat with not sufficient carbonation.. Expensive for what you get. Only go there for a quick bite when nothing else is available. Too many items are fried or greasy. They need to bring back salads and the yogurt parfaits. Item which I do like there are the scrambled eggs and the pancakes and hot fudge sundae.

*** as i read more reviews you guys are honestly trash clearly this is an everyday experience tbh shut the whole store down if you can’t act right***honestly it’s really annoying that everytime i’ve gone here they always forget something or don’t do something right , like i get it everyone has there bad days but damn i’m sorry to say it the workers here are slow , this is the second time i’ve door dashed and my whole happy meal was forgotten and it’s crazy that it’s a dollar more on door dash anyway and even if door dash refunds me i still have to pay another 8 dollars like you guy actually need to get people who wanna do their job and make sure people get there shit bc really people don’t order for fun and for items multiple times on different occasions to be forgotten, like really no care or try you can think it’s funny people complain about when you don’t do your job and are just lazy honestly but that just shows the kind of store you people run 0 customers service 0 care for a customer being happy , if you don’t care you really shouldn’t be working in the food industry don’t play with peoples money and food in this world we are living in right now .
This McDonalds is closest to me. So every so often I give it another chance. They literally never ever have the dehydrated/smaller cut onions even if you ask for extra, meat is never ever seasoned with the salt/pepper mix, and the fries always are cold. Its disappointed me every single time.
Staff has been decent but the food is horrendous. This has been going on for years now. Never ever have this issue on Bald Hill. This one needs a bit more time and money invested into retraining and better leadership practices.
