This is the closest McDonald’s to us and we order multiple times a week. When a certain manager works the fries are always undercooked and the food taste meh. They need to stop trying to cut seconds off the drive thru timer by lifting the fries too soon. The employees are really nice tho which makes making this review difficult

I ordered a McCrispy Deluxe, and it was the oldest, darkest, most bitter tasting sandwich I've ever had. You'd expect to get fresh food in the middle of a rush, but not this McDonald's. I also know that the boxes help keep the sandwich put together, but I could tell the person that made it, just threw the ingredients in there considering the tomatoes and lettuce weren't even inside the sandwich.

I went through the Drive-Dru, placed my order. When I got to the first window I was asked about my order. I repeated what it was several times. They still got it wrong. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed I was missing the fries. I called and was told to come back to pick up my fries. I went back through the Drive-Dru. I was told to go to the 2nd window. The worker tried to give me a drink; I quickly told her I was just there for fries. When I got home, I realized that I had the fries, but I also had Chicken McNuggets. She had given another customer's order. The problem is that many of worker do not understand English. It's not my business what their first language is, but if you are working where there is a primary language, you need to know and comprehend that language.

I went to the drive thru yesterday afternoon, I placed an order and when I asked for a shake I was told they dont have any. I asked why, the person speaking said he did not know, when I said there are shakes on the menu board he said the machine is broken. Now I have heard that this is what they say when they dont want to clean the machine. I felt like I was just being dismissed by this person. Very poor customer service. I will not go there again. Very slummy area now, too bad, use to be nice area.
