Food came out wrong even though the slip was clearly written correctly. By the time they remade the burger, everything else was cold. The nuggets were dry, like they'd been sitting there for a day.. i don't have the highest expectations when I go to Mcdonald's, but this was bad even for you!

We just bought big mac for my son,and he saw hair in the burger,not one but two,and were trying to call them but they dont answer my call,maybe tomorrow,its was so disgusting,we lost our appetite,please make sure all you crew wears hairnets.Its really disgusting

They never double check the order and ALWAYS forget something. I always always have an issue with this location. Here I am coming back and yet again an issue , I didn’t check the bag and they forgot all of mine and my other two kids fries.
Part of their training obviously isn’t telling staff to double check orders.

The worst service I will never be going back to this McDonald’s location ever again. The workers are a waste of freaking time had me sitting in a line for 15 minutes cleared the whole other drive-through line only to get to me and then tell me they can’t take my order if I could give them zero stars I would!

Had me waiting in line for 15 minutes to then not process my Mobile order, but took every other order from the Other drive-through lane without a problem. I don’t even know why I bother coming to this hole in the wall, it’s always something doesn’t matter the time of the day they know how to waste people’s time

They have a McDelivery pick up window they want UberEats and DoorDash drivers to use after the lobby is closed- the doorbell doesn’t work and when you call the store they don’t answer their phone. In the meantime 6 cars pulled into the drive thru in front of me

This particular one in bald hill road warwick, is prerry good ! Staff is very nice and food always fresh, especially the fries 🍟 😋

I went to broad st the other day for a large smoothie paid 4.51 and came here and it’s 4.59 for a medium. Like gtfo. They didn’t even fill it to the top. They did basically half way and was here .

Went for food last night. Extremely disappointed in the service quality of this location. Had to go around twice just to be able to pick up orders that had already been paid for by people physically in my vehicle and then had to wait for the employee at the window to stop talking to her friend and giving them complimentary desserts. After the second trip around the (BUSY, mind you) drive through, we noticed that an item was missing. Went around the third time and after 25 minutes of what should have been a maybe 5 minute visit maximum, we finally got the apple pie. Lady at the window didn’t give a shit about our troubles and sent us on our way with our shitty midnight grub.
