when picking up doordash this location has a dedicated doordash window. however when they're busy and understaffed they ignore the window and do not remove the sign that says that have a doordash window nor do they put a closed sign at that window

Disappointed. Waited an hour and a half just to be told to park in one of the spots and for them to forget about our food while some people would get food at the window and drive away. Called them 4 times and 3 times they hung up on us. Food was cold. 4 people parked drove away too without getting their food due to waiting too long.

This place is horrible. The entire place needs to be restaffed. I went to the drive through or the fry of landfish, only cheese and a pin piece. Check my bag. There was no fish so I go back inside while I'm waiting for them to fix my mistake. There are about 4 other people. Either waiting or that come in to have their mistakes. Fixed. Finally, I get my fish only cheese thinking to myself. They already messed up once. There's no way they'll do it again. So I get out to the car, went to check it again.It's a fillet, no cheese with tartar sauce. Even screwed up something simple as sauce I asked for sweet-and-sour with my 10 piece and they gave me ranch. And that was just the first time that week that they messed up an order of mine. I don't know maybe the problem is me. Because I keep going back there. But I'm on the road a lot. So unfortunately, I end up at these places quite often.
Food came out wrong even though the slip was clearly written correctly. By the time they remade the burger, everything else was cold. The nuggets were dry, like they'd been sitting there for a day.. i don't have the highest expectations when I go to Mcdonald's, but this was bad even for you!

We just bought big mac for my son,and he saw hair in the burger,not one but two,and were trying to call them but they dont answer my call,maybe tomorrow,its was so disgusting,we lost our appetite,please make sure all you crew wears hairnets.Its really disgusting

They never double check the order and ALWAYS forget something. I always always have an issue with this location. Here I am coming back and yet again an issue , I didn’t check the bag and they forgot all of mine and my other two kids fries. Part of their training obviously isn’t telling staff to double check orders.
