Ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was burnt. The lady smiled at me put it in a bag and I left. I was so disappointed that this woman would give me a burnt sandwich and have me go on my way. It’s like I paid good money and I couldn’t even eat it I threw it out. Never again.

The muffins are delicious! Out of a dozen muffins my family wasn't a fan of maybe 2. Their specialty muffins such as the cheesecake varieties or carrot cake are delicious!!!! Service was fast and personable The ambiance is just like a bakery there is a table or two but really just a pick up kinda spot

OMG! These are some of the best pastries I’ve ever tasted! The strawberry cheesecake muffin is to die for, so I can’t wait to try the other muffins we purchased. May just have to stock up before we head back to Orlando!

False advertising. They shouldn't advertise bagels if they are going to be basically out when they are still going to be open another 8 hours. Earlier this week they were not open for their posted hours (it was not a holiday). this place gets pleasure out of wasting peoples time.

Just bought 3 muffins earlier. Cinnamon crumb was the one I chose for me. It was big, dark brown & had a slight taste of being burnt. very little cinnamon crumb on the top & very very dry, Not much sugar in any of it. Won't go there again.
This review is only based on catering. I've never actually been here or had anything else from here... I was in town for a work meeting. My client ordered lunch catering from here which consisted of wraps & salad. Even though the food tasted fresh, it also tasted like it was made with low quality ingredients. Everything was bland like it was missing seasoning. My turkey wrap had a giant chuck of mayo in the middle of it (not spread out) so that made for an unpleasant bite. When I was done, I regretted eating it even though it was a free (to me) lunch. Can't say I would recommend the catering...

Such kind employees. Their food is also sooo delicious. Lines get long, but I would rather wait in them then go to dunkins. Bagels somehow taste heavenly.

I don't get it! The muffins are DRY!!! I thought it was because it was the end of the day,but I tried another one today. They are so dense and dry I choked on it.I just can't spend another $ in there.
