Today visited this location and wanted to share some feedback regarding the service experience. When we arrived, there appeared to be only two staff members actively working behind the café area. There were a total of 2 employees visible, but none were stationed at the main register, and we were directed to use a self-service kiosk to place our order. Unfortunately, the first kiosk we tried was not working, and there was little to no assistance offered.
As we were about to leave due to the lack of support, we noticed another functioning kiosk near the exit and were able to place our order there. Since we are not locals and had a long drive ahead of us, I was really hoping for a smoother and more welcoming experience, especially being so close to the airport.
When we needed help checking out our items, we had to actively seek someone out, as no one was readily available or offering assistance. One of the staff members behind the café seemed uninterested in helping us, even after we asked for support. I will add the building was clean.
While the customer service was lacking, I want to note that the coffee itself was excellent. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall guest experience, particularly for travelers who may be unfamiliar with the store layout or ordering process. ONE STAR FOR THE COFFEE AND ONE STAR FOR THE CLEANLINESS ⭐️⭐️💐
