It's been a while since we ate here, mostly because we only stop in when we're in the area. They've updated the menu, kept some favorites and added some new dishes so if you're at the mall or nearby, stop in! Overall the service was quite good, but some of the food missed the mark. The meatball calzone was more ricotta than meatball, the meatballs were bland, and one of the vegetable sides was over cooked. That doesn't mean we won't be back because there were several dishes we plan on trying!
Friendly, accommodating host and server. We had a wheelchair and scooter at our table, and they made us feel at home. They offered to add another table if we needed more room. The restrooms have heavy double doors, and are hard to manage with a wheelchair.
We went for the $50 meal for two on Monday and Tuesday nights. We shared dumplings, my husband had Chicken Parm and I had Jambalaya. We shared a piece of carrot cake. Everything was delicious. Will return.
We had poor service, we were served our drinks bread and appetizers with no napkins, utensils or plates. My son has a gluten allergy and no one came back to let us know that the pulled pork he ordered for his GF Mac n cheese was not gluten free and never offered him any other protein for his pasta.
We were a party of 10 and tip was automatically added to check. Food was horrible, server never came to check on us once it was delivered. She was pleasant but not attentive. We were very disappointed.
Let's just say that the server needs more training very lovely young lady, but not a very good server. The food is cold. The drinks were awful only one person at the table got water and that was only because we asked and we have all been servers in bartenders so we definitely gave Grace But it just was not a good experience probably will not go back
Ordered creamy Espresso Martinis and both of them were super dark and not creamy at all. Asked for kahlúa shots that we could put in our drinks to lighten them up and they tried to charge us $23 for the two shots on top of the drinks already costing $32 combined. Our pulled pork Mac and cheese had barely any pulled pork or let alone cheese on it. So much for breadcrumb as well on top and why were there green onions mixed in to it when that wasn't listed on the menu? The waitress was very passive aggressive towards us when we all said we didn't like the Mac and cheese and also the Cesar salad we got had no dressing on it. We had to argue to have the espressos shots taken off. Overall I wouldn't ever come back here the building and the seating look amazing but I really think the recipes probably need to be looked at as the food we were served didn't not deserve a $24 price tag and three of us got it. Even with all that stuff taken off we ended up with a $160 bill for food we didn't even enjoy and poorly made drinks. At the end of the day we just won't ever be coming back to this chain of restaurant.
The food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Our waiter, Noah, was outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He deserves a raise!

I feel like $6 for a strawberry lemonade is a little extreme. Charging the price of what some restaurants charge for a shot or a cocktail thats a dollar or two more is sickening. Not even top shelf just a splash of strawberry purée and that warrants the cost? Insane!! The food is what you’d get at a restaurant, nothing really over the top to offer other than the prices! The food and drinks don’t equal the price they charge.

Horrible experience for my sister's birthday dinner. 4 of our meals were burnt out of the 12 meals. I ended up eating plain rice because by the time my salmon was made over it was about 20 minutes later. My dad's burger was burnt to a crisp and he still ate it, chicken parmesan burnt and 2 salmon meals. So disappointing and it felt like a total waste of money because the food was not good. The manager came to the table after we requested for him and he said he would make things right for us. He mentioned taking off a couple of the meals off the bill and no he didn't. He took off only 1 meal and that was it. I don't plan on ever returning that's for sure!
