I was celebrating my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me. It was very nice.

I had to ask for plates for my appetizer, I had to ask for bread sticks, order came out completely wrong, person i was with walked out because of the horrible service. I won't be going back any time soon. Maybe a different location.

Sat at the bar area tonight.. our sever was awesome i believe his name was craig ..very accommodating had an issue with the food took care of it right away i give craig more than 5 stars... but they were doing some kind of gift exchange or something with the employees and they all over crowded our table while we were eating there was a small child next to us you can hear them swearing and just all standing around blocking the exit from the bar area.. employees not on the clock or properly dressed In and out of the kitchen even seen someone walk in the kitchen with a babyyyy absolute free for all ... just crazy honestly

GOT THE DELIVERY OPTION TONIGHT. ORDERED AT 7:32 PM, & WHILE I REALIZE IT IS FRIDAY NIGHT, IT SHOULD T HAVE TAKEN 2 HRS TO GET MY FOOD. THEY HAD IT READY IN PLENTY OF TIME TO BE TIMELY; THE DRIVER CAME FROM THE MIDDLE OF CRANSTON AND WAS TOO FAR AWAY TO MAKE THIS DELIVERY. THE ENTREE & BREADSTICKS WERE ICE COLD, AND THE SALAD WAS TEMPID. NORMALLY, THE FOOD IS SO HOT YOU CANT TOUCH IT AND THE SALAD IS SO COLD IT HURTS YOUR TEETH. SPENT WELL OVER $55. THEY NEED TO RETHINK THEIR CHOICE OF DELIVERY COMPANIES OR BETTER YET, JOIN UBER EATS. NORMALLY THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, BUT WHO WANTA TO EAT DINNER AFTER 9PM???

My daughter and my two grandchildren went to eat dinner. We will never go back to that location.After ordering drinks and meals, the salad was brought to us and no dressing. Took a while to get the dressing. Next order steak, medium. The steaks were well done and my grandson's steak was cut in half(butterfly). My daughter ordered chicken fetucini and no sauce on the pasta.
Sidney our waitress did a good job.

Our server was MJ today. He was a great persionality. Kept us laughing and kept us fed very well today. We like the never-ending soup and salad bowl. We gad the zuppa tuscana and it was delicious.

Every time I go here, the staff is so friendly. Most recently, Jigado B was our server, and he went above and beyond to make my birthday special.

Regular patrons and love coming back. Even if the food takes a while but we didn’t expect anything different for a Saturday evening. But our server Sam made tonight extra fun. He clearly loves hospitality and it shows. Very charming guy!
