The staff is friendly and works hard, but unfortunately they are held back by the fact that this store is very clearly, severely understaffed. I waited for over HALF AN HOUR just to get my food! I can understand why nobody else wants to join when they probably deal with angry customers all the time; I actually commend the people working here, and I wish corporate or someone could get you some help with some extra hands; there are not enough people working at this location to adequately deal with the volume of orders they get.

I ordered the bigger plate . My order was not right at all. The lomein was a few noodles(and I mean maybe 4 noodles cut up small) and overload of cold veggies. Horrible service at this location. I called and all she said was I'll look into what went wrong and hung up on me. I won't be ordering from this place again. They should learn customer service and how to handle orders especially when they are wrong.

Ordered my food for 6:29, and didn’t get it until 7:02. What is even the point of scheduling a pickup if it is never on time. This happens every single time I go to this location. The food was very good but the service was atrocious. I sat there like a dumbass waiting for my food for over 30 mins past when scheduled just to watch all associates dicking around in the kitchen in the back instead of dealing with the customers that were also waiting with me.

The food is always good. The service was good. They just ran out of a few of their items so my wife had to wait a while for her food. In all, it was good as usual.
The foods usually prettt good. I normally love the chicken terriyaki (or grilled chicken) and the beijing beef but today it lacked flavor. The lady serving the food was amazing and fast and running the whole show.
I bought a bigger plate here and quantity it more. I ate Panda Express in other states, but here it's delicious.

There is a really unprofessional rude manager on top of the this location even though when you call them they will hangup on your face while talking and even when they are being so unprofessional instead seeing their fault they just feel like talking rude to you.
