Placed my order on the app at 6:15. Said it would be ready at 6:38, I show up at 6:45 and had to wait till 7:05 to get my order. They took the entire line including the people that had gotten in line as we walked up before we got our food. Ordering online is essentially useless as it’s clearly faster to get your food in-person in line.

The lady did not tell me that the shrimp and beef cost more. I got the two entrees one side and it came up some more money than I thought it would and the woman through the shrimp and beef away instead of just giving it to me for the regular price.

Hire more people , terrible service

By far the worst experience for fast food, it took almost 20 minutes to get our order. The line staff kept making errors and holding up the orders that were ready to go, so I had to wait needlessly. I won’t be going back anytime soon

I ordered on doordash from this place and i asked for teriyaki chicken and sirloin steak , the teriyaki chicken was dry and they barely gave me any steak , i asked for 2 teriyaki sauce on the side they didn’t give me any ill never go back wasted my money

attempted to sign up for the app; however, the cashier completed my transaction before I could finalize the process. She instructed me to go home and complete the sign-up there. While I followed her suggestion, I feel the level of customer service could have been more helpful in assisting me with the process at the store.

The staff is friendly and works hard, but unfortunately they are held back by the fact that this store is very clearly, severely understaffed. I waited for over HALF AN HOUR just to get my food! I can understand why nobody else wants to join when they probably deal with angry customers all the time; I actually commend the people working here, and I wish corporate or someone could get you some help with some extra hands; there are not enough people working at this location to adequately deal with the volume of orders they get.

I ordered the bigger plate . My order was not right at all. The lomein was a few noodles(and I mean maybe 4 noodles cut up small) and overload of cold veggies. Horrible service at this location. I called and all she said was I'll look into what went wrong and hung up on me. I won't be ordering from this place again. They should learn customer service and how to handle orders especially when they are wrong.
