The foods usually prettt good. I normally love the chicken terriyaki (or grilled chicken) and the beijing beef but today it lacked flavor. The lady serving the food was amazing and fast and running the whole show.
Place used to be awesome when it was run by Asian staff, now they have a diversity of people working there which is great accept for the fact that the food isn’t as fresh and the service is not as good.
The reason for 3 stars is customers wait in line while employees fill ONLINE ORDERS!!!!! I was there today in a really long line while they did this. You need to have a separate person doing online orders!!!!!!! It's so annoying!!! When the food is fresh, it's delicious, which is why i still wait in the long line.
