A great and friendly staff! A refreshing feeling to find pleasant folks first thing in the morning. The manager here is excellent. The food and coffee were fresh and amazing as well! Was never a Panera fan until I came here and the kind welcoming employees and the prompt service have changed my opinion. Thanks for all your hard work Panera Team!!!

Sip club is a good deal. They email me some decent specials and the 2 dollar pastry comes up a bit. It's a nice place to spend 40 minutes with my wife. Sip club makes it feel free and it feels like a bit of a date. Good way to get out. We don't go when it's busy.

We like Panera but this location on Bald Hill Rd has a young woman with glasses and brown hair in the morning at the register who puts her fingers inside/on top of the paper cup when she gives it to you. She handles cash so it’s gross and I’m sure the RI Board of Health wouldn’t approve.
Also, the carpets are disgustingly dirty. Parts are black with dirt. With the prices they charge, one would assume they could clean them or if they’re too old, replace them!

Used to be a great spot my family and I would eat at, but the prices are insanely high and the general atmosphere is really poor. Seats are dirty, food portions are pretty small, and the menu variety is surprisingly lacking compared to what it used to be. Also, for some reason they were out of a ton of important ingredients, like everything a Caesar salad needs and different types of bread. Hopefully these things are looked at soon so this place can go back to being a lively and enjoyable spot to have lunch and dinner.

This Panera is one of the best. Fast, accurate, and with consistently fresh food. The staff is always courteous and accommodating, and orders are clearly put together with care. Even as Panera’s overall food quality has changed, this location continues to deliver a well-prepared and reliable experience. Kudos to the mgmt and staff.
