DO BETTER PICASSO'S CHEFS! Not once or twice... I've lost count how many times our delivery order was wrong. Just had food delivered . We ordered Buffalo chicken tenders and again we opened it and it was plain tenters. Not to mention all of the pizza topping were all on 1 side! We used to love Picasso's.

Unfortunately, their customer service/delivery has declined over the years. We recently moved closer to Picasso's and during the move/unpacking we have ordered from there several times. Every time we have ordered delivery, the order has been incorrect and we have to call back to have them correct the order. I have been frequenting this establishment for over 20+ years and it's disheartening to see that their customer service has continued to decline.

There was a patron that knew all of the staff that was so obnoxiously loud I could not believe staff was not telling him to quiet down- uncomfortably loud!!! My steak sandwhich was chewy there were parts I could not chew and had to put in a napkin. The beer was cold and delicious - the waitress took my empty away asked if I wanted another - I said no she brought me a $6 beer anyway. Ok the second beer I didn’t order was delicious so the ONLY thing I’ll say is the beer is good. If the dude with the short red hair is there, bring hearing protection .

Stopped in for a bite before heading out of town for the weekend. It's always a favorite.
I called to place a delivery order and as any person does I had someone ask me something while trying to place my order. i asked the woman who answered the phone to give me one moment and she kept rushing me off the phone and due to this I ordered the wrong food and instead of working with me she chose to hang up on me twice and not actually work with me to fix the problem

Pizza barely had any sauce and cheese on it. Was just all puffy dough . I wish I had a picture to post . They do have decent wings and mozzarella sticks. I would just stick to apps and get your pizza elsewhere!
