The frozen yogurt is really good. The whole family loves it. During my first visit the staff was really nice. Now, I notice the staff are not attentive or friendly. I don't like that the Warwick Mall store doesn't have the dairy free coconut yogurts. They have 6 flavors on their menu and all of them have dairy. Another issue I noticed is that their fruit especially the mango is always frozen, hard and not sweet. They state their fruit is never frozen but why is the "mango"...
I spent $18 on one freaking frozen yogurt. The taste was fine but please, spend your money on a locally owned business that is way cheaper, better quality, and appreciates your business much more. Pricing is absurd…
I highly recommend visiting Pinkberry in Warwick…you won’t be disappointed!! The best frozen yogurt around. The atmosphere,customer service and the presentation are outstanding!!! Even if you don’t like yogurt…trust me you will like theirs!! ??????
