Pizza Order was wrong (no sauce) and the 3rd Party Driver (GH) forgot the drink 🤦, BUT the manager was pleasant and kind, immediately remade the order with no fuss, redelivered in less than 15min with the drink, TY. Mistakes happen, it's all good... what matters is that they corrected it quickly and kindly. :)

Food is good when I can order it. I’ve had to order from other pizza shops 3 times now when attempting to order from this location. We have a food allergy and no one answers the phone at the store. All I get is a call center that can’t help me.

The manager Ashley is amazing!! My sister and I drive an hour every time to get Pizza Hut and every time we come in all their staff are wonderful. The place is clean. Food is always fresh and hot!

After being on hold for 5 minutes, the rude person who answered told me did not. They do not have personal pan pizzas. When I told him they were on the menu he said they were $9.50 each when the Tuesday special was $2. Needless to say I won't go back

I went in to pick up my order around 11:10 pm on 7/19/25 that I placed and while waiting the employee took a picture of me and then went to the back to show another employee and they were laughing. The other employee also started looking right at me after she was shown the phone. And when she turned around her camera was on. When asked she claimed she was the manager and she was just texting another manager but had her phone directed up at me. I don’t know the employees names because they lied and I didn’t want to argue with liars. One was a bit on the bigger side with brown hair and the other was skinny with black hair. I don’t know what’s funny with waiting for the order. She said they have cameras that can see so I hope the owner or the actual manager could check them because I don’t think a “manager” would act this way
Take out only, which was not specified on the website. Plenty of options and great coupon deals. Order was ready and hot on arrival. Pick up was smooth.

Unfortunate to say this is the first time in my life where I've put down a pizza slice midway and deemed it inedible. As generous as the toppings were, the quality of the pizza dough is truly something else.. stale-ish, chewy texture that you have to put a little force into so you can fully bite through.

Girl taking the order never tried to sell me a deal, pizza was way overpriced and supposed to be a large but no bigger than a medium so with delivery and tip it was 41.00 and some change. That's ridiculous and will never order from there again. Bye bye pizza hut.
