I go to Plant City X at least twice a week with my boyfriend. I was super disappointed last week to see that the extreme fries were cut in half size wise and the price change not being halfed to reflect that change. I could see offering them in two different sizes small/ large but to do that was disappointing, you'd have to buy two to equal what they used to be- This comes on top of the menu change months ago that took away everything I liked (mac and cheese, nachos, caesar salad) I am not a burger person and am GF, a picky eater ,so my choices are very limited to start. The online App never works, crashes and doesn't include items that are on the menu in the restaurant. Sad to see it go another step further in a downward direction food-wise. I wonder if the requests/comments of the customers matter as the response instead of acknowledging the comment/ complaint is always to say "Try something else on the menu" or "Go to Plant City in PVD" I go to Plant City X because parking is easy, it's close by, the value for the food is normally good as it's "fast food" and I don't want to deal with Providence traffic. I am limited on what I can eat, will likely explore other options in the future. The workers are super nice and helpful though, they have nothing to do with these things. I give the workers 5 stars.

The portion size has been drastically lowered on the extreme fries. They noted the price decreased. Not worth it sadly.

This was just ok. Too expensive for what it was. Limited menu and it was more like vegan fast food. I started with the shamrock shake. I have wanted to try this for 2 years and kept missing it and sadly I just didn’t like it at all. I was soo disappointed. The mint was more toothpaste mint than pure peppermint extract used in cooking. I once made this mistake when I bought “mint extract” to make a dessert as opposed to “pure peppermint extract.” I tried it multiple times and it was just not good I shared the loaded fries with my dad at our visit. They were ok. Again just nothing special about it that would make me crave it or want it again, I can make better at home. Then I tried the buffalo chick’n sandwich. It had a nice crunch, the buffalo and blue cheese were nice flavors, the tofu was good in the middle, best thing I tried, but I just didn’t feel “healthy” eating it. I expected it to feel healthier maybe having more veggies on top or on the side being a vegan restaurant. Would be nice if a sandwich came with fries or a little side for the prices. My dad got the Philly and said it was too spicy, he only ate half. This wasn’t advertised as spicy so not sure what happened there. Not sure I’d return. It wasn’t bad. It wasn’t great. For a $50 lunch for 2, that’s a hard sell for me to return for something that really was meh.

There is a problem with the Google business page and website. Even if you click the Warwick location on the Google business page you still have to change your location to Warwick in the website. The website automatically sends orders to Middletown so you have to change to Warwick manually. If it gets sent to the wrong store there's no internal system between locations so they can't send or pull your order from other locations even though we were told that's how it works. If you go through all this, you then need to go to the restaurant in person, show them your order confirmation and then they handwrite your order from the confirmation and then you wait to have it made. There needs to be a more streamlined way to get orders straightened out if your website is going to default to a specific location.

I absolutely love Plant City X and the fact that they take plant based ingredients and turn them into such delicious food. Their loaded fries are absolutely delicious. <3

This has become one of my favorite local spots, esp for a fast food establishment. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu, the fried "chic" sandwich is a favorite, and the sweet potato fries always hit the spot. I've ordered the chickpea "tuna" wrap and that is decent, tho a bit bland. Otherwise, i've never had a bad experience.

went through the drive thru here after checking out of a nearby hotel. got the breakfast sandwich and an iced coffee. the shiitake bacon was DELICIOUS. the rest of the sandwich wasn't much more exciting than anything i could make at home, but the fact that i could get a fast food fully vegan breakfast is worthy of 5 stars. also not as unhealthy as normal fast food!

Honestly, meh. Seitan in the Philly was bready and the flavor was lacking. Buffalo cauliflower was insanely oily, and the onion rings are a joke for $9. Maybe 4 onion rings and breading was so thick and oily.

We were unimpressed with the food and service. The person who took our order was very short! The food was either very bland or really salty. Seems like it could be great but it's not. All the food is just basic with no real thought. The fries use to be great but even those weren't good. The onions rings and cauliflower just tasted like grease. Just a let down all around. I know someone else said it was clean but I don't think the floors have been washed in a long time and all the tables had remnants of food or drinks on them. It was better during the pandemic.
