Food and coffee are phenomenal. Service is SLOW. When the owner isn't there, the place is run by teenage girls. They're nice, but only pay attention to people ordering. Once you pay, you're forgotten. You'll sit and stare at your order on the counter for 10 minutes before you finally have to just ask for it. We love presto and will keep going, but just highly recommend ordering ahead.

I love this place. I visit often. My only recommendation is switching back to the plastic for the Dubai chocolate bars. They tasted metallic this week to me. I love them tho!

Loved the breakfast sandwich but disappointed in the strawberry cheesecake muffin. There was absolutely no strawberry until the muffin was just about gone and there was a tiny bit of filling at the very bottom and it barely tasted like strawberry. Really hope they can tweak that recipe because it was more so just a regular muffin with a cream cheese filling.. remove strawberry from the name at least.

I absolutely love it here there Matcha is delicious. Additionally, I just think all of the workers here are so fantastic. My daughter comes here a lot and she’s 15 and usually people can be a little annoyed with teenagers being around, but they are so kind to her and that really means so much to me. We live right down the street so she likes to just come and do some schoolwork And grab a snack and they are absolutely amazing such a good atmosphere and I feel like customer service nowadays isn’t as good as it used to be, but it definitely is here.
Tried the New Cookie Butter Latte! Delicious! The crew was so friendly and personable. Such a cute spot that delivers on food and drinks!
