I ordered the other night and 2 hours went by and no delivery! They didn’t know “what happened” with the delivery driver who took my order, I had to cancel the order with just a sorry and no explanation of why I waited for 2 hours for nothing

I’m officially done with PVD Pizza. I’m so sick of trying to order delivery and they send me to pick up. I have to wait for my pizza and then go pick it up myself and I tipped $4 to $5 a time and twice they kept my tips even when I had to pick it up, plus didn’t even attempt to give me a part of my tip back or a coupon or something. Basically they ripped me off. You know what you can keep the four dollars and I’m going away. BYE!

This place used to be a lot better, but recently it's hit-or-miss. I ordered a small BYO pizza with pesto, ricotta, and mushrooms. The quality control isn't there. There have been times where I've gotten this combo and it was absolutely perfect. Today, it was a super-oily disgusting mess. For a place to be really good, there has to be a standard. It seems that standards are lacking here, or at the very least, have slipped.
Oftentimes I've noticed that the dough at the middle of the pizza is way too thin. Thin to the point where the pizza slice can't support the weight of the toppings. This has to be more consistent - otherwise it's difficult to eat the pizza and all of the toppings just slide right off.
Do better.

Tried the Warwick location, delivery, for the first time. I’d normally discuss issues with the restaurant, but I asked the person on the phone to add a 4$ tip for the driver but what I got was a $3.99 delivery charge that was not indicated on the menu and no tip added. So i added another 4$ tip. This 21$ pizza is now about 32$. In not a fan of BS hidden charges.
I ordered a well done chicken parm pie and was pushed on the phone that I was getting the “best pizza, hands down, that i will ever have in my life.”
It took about 40 min to my door which is reasonable. It has a soggy middle, sauce is passable at best, and tastes like jarred pizza sauce.
It’s far from even the best pizza in Warwick let alone the best I’ve had in my life.
Scummy hidden fees, mediocre pizza. Hard pass in this one. Don’t bother at all.
Also store, I’m not interested in any recompense if you see this review. I just triple checked the menu that was sent to my house.
I’d be embarrassed if I ran a restaurant with hidden delivery fees. Deceitful and embarrassing.

The chicken wings had so much fat on them and the chicken parm was very chewy and the bread was all Soggy.
Ok so I’ve ordered many times ,always been happy with food ,but on last order they were out of shrimp so couldn’t complete order. The delivery driver said they tried calling , but it would be credited back , so 2 days later card charges went through for full order amount, so I emailed asking what happened to my credit? , they responded to send copy of receipt and what happened, I did that , they said they’d fix it , they didn’t, so lesson learnt, but restaurants that operate like this don’t last , word of mouth in a small state matters.

Staff are ridiculously RUDE. They act like you’re hassling them when you order ..like it’s not their job! The staff were so rude tonight when taking my phone order .. so rude that I just canceled the entire order.. not to mention I shouldn’t be ordering from there anymore anyway.. food is full of oil.. oil literally dripping off the pizza. Will never order from them again! Very poor customer service. So unprofessional.
