The place is closed down. I drove 45 minutes to get here and it does not exist anymore. Very disappointing.
I want to give a solid 5 stars as the food is pretty good, but they never pick up their phone. Three family members, myself included have called numerous times over the paat few days to see if they'll be open for July 4th but no one picks up the phone. Not once in 12 times we all called. Guess we'll take our patronage elsewhere for seafood!

Was looking for a good seafood place, but this was a major disappointment. Three out of the four people we were out eating with ordered the clam chowder, but I didn't, but I received one. Then, when we received our meals, (three fried shrimp with fries/onion rings and one haddock po boy) it was overly fried and the breading was so thick, we could not taste the actual food. My husband and I ordered cajun fries, but the fries did not have spice at all. Just a real disappointment, although the atmosphere was very nautical and they were not busy at all (we were there on an early Sunday afternoon). Will not be returning.
Waitress was very nice. Place was very understaffed. In a state where fresh seafood is a standard I have no idea how a chain that serves presumably frozen seafood could exist. Too me it was pretty bad.

From the silent traveler to all of you be well be blessed be positive be safe. So it's in a nice area it's in a plaza very roomy atmosphere was clean and quiet. You get a lot for the price do know that there's a 18% gratuity tax already added in so make sure you take that into account if you're not used to tipping 18%. Also make sure you ask plenty of questions if this your first time to a seafood crab house like this. Our server was very nice but not very attentive. I've had to ask four times for a glass water before I got one. But other than that the food was good. And we got a lot for it by no means it's not cheap I spent about $84 myself. But I was trying to sample everything there. Ask for extra gloves and definitely ask for a pic when you get your crab legs. Because they don't offer it unless you ask for it. Unless you bring your own I would suggest bringing your own because the pic they gave us was plastic and really useless. But it did help out it was better than our fingers. So it was hard to enjoy the crabs but everything else on the seafood platter was really good. From the silent traveler to all of you be kind to one another

Perfect low key spot, the juicy no spicy sauce is addicting! The apps and drinks are real decent. Service on point. Always a fun date!!!
Best seafood boil around in Rhode Island definitely recommend all of the above sauce and get it extra spicy. If you can handle the spice food is delicious I couldn’t stop saying oh my God great staff. great atmosphere very clean and friendly
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly
Parking: Huge parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious areas
Dietary restrictions: You could get it with no sauce but that’s the best part
I had the Sunday special and it was great. The sauce and the spice was fantastic, and it was a good combination of seafood. What was surprising and unwelcome was the fact that the restaurant added a 20% to my bill without my permission. I probably would have left a 20% tip, but that's not the point. A tip is supposed to be something that a customer adds. If a restaurant adds a tip it's not a tip; it's a surcharge. As it was, I didn't argue because I would have left that amount anyway. But please be warned and advised that they will add a tip to your bill whether you like it or not.

STOP TIPPING YOURSELF! This place was my go-to seafood boil for a while until my last visit. My wife and I ordered the family special to which it came out unusual fast. Then I noticed the crayfishs were very cold compared to everything else. I'm assuming they were frozen precooked and they didnt bake or boil it long enough to be hot. Everything else was good, just a weird combination of hot and cold food. The thing that got me upset was the waiter tipping herself on the bill when it was just me and my wife eating. I understand if it was a party of 6 or more but that wasn't thr case. I ended up paiding the tip as my farewell to the restaurant. Unless they change this behavior, I will be going to Hook&Reel.
my husband and I first ordered oysters on the half shell.....they were terrivl!!! you couldn't even tell they came out of the ocean...it was like they soaked them in tap water.....I could only eat one...my husband ate the rest...and was sick all night!!!!! the snow crab was ok....you get a golf ball size potato, and 1/3 of an ear of corn....I never do reviews but this was disgusting and thankfully will NEVER crave this food!!!

My husband and I came here for the second time and we love the food. The staff is responsive and quick. We enjoy the food and had a good time. Get the juice sauce choice on your boil so worth it!
Spent $100 on two boils that we’re supposed to come with lobster but neither did. When I called to make them aware so I can come get it or be refunded they told me no the cook said they put it in the bag. Such a joke so much for customer being right. Why wouldI spend $100 on two meals to try and get free food??????? Really bad customer service on THEIR mistake.
Service is great and friendly. I ordered the family deal which was a lot for two people. I ended up bringing some food home. Loved it!
I love this place its always fresh and delicious. If i could go there every week i totally would.
Definitely a lot of food for the price. Not worth it though because the food was wayy too salty. Couldn’t really enjoy or finish it all because of the high salt content.Updated: Updated stars because after looking at the receipt I realized that the girl tipped herself $4.04 on my card. I drew a line through the tip section on purpose.
