The place is closed down. I drove 45 minutes to get here and it does not exist anymore. Very disappointing.

I want to give a solid 5 stars as the food is pretty good, but they never pick up their phone. Three family members, myself included have called numerous times over the paat few days to see if they'll be open for July 4th but no one picks up the phone. Not once in 12 times we all called. Guess we'll take our patronage elsewhere for seafood!

Was looking for a good seafood place, but this was a major disappointment. Three out of the four people we were out eating with ordered the clam chowder, but I didn't, but I received one. Then, when we received our meals, (three fried shrimp with fries/onion rings and one haddock po boy) it was overly fried and the breading was so thick, we could not taste the actual food. My husband and I ordered cajun fries, but the fries did not have spice at all. Just a real disappointment, although the atmosphere was very nautical and they were not busy at all (we were there on an early Sunday afternoon). Will not be returning.

Waitress was very nice. Place was very understaffed. In a state where fresh seafood is a standard I have no idea how a chain that serves presumably frozen seafood could exist. Too me it was pretty bad.

We're from out of town and saw this place driving by. We got to our hotel, got settled, researched this place and decided to go back. All of the outside lights were on coming in to town and at night when we got there. All of my research showed open until 10pm. They had awesome reviews and we were very excited. We walked up at 8 very excited about all of other reviews and pictures. There was a paper sign on the door that said "closed." Please update you're sites. It would've saved us a lot of time and effort.

From the silent traveler to all of you be well be blessed be positive be safe. So it's in a nice area it's in a plaza very roomy atmosphere was clean and quiet. You get a lot for the price do know that there's a 18% gratuity tax already added in so make sure you take that into account if you're not used to tipping 18%. Also make sure you ask plenty of questions if this your first time to a seafood crab house like this. Our server was very nice but not very attentive. I've had to ask four times for a glass water before I got one. But other than that the food was good. And we got a lot for it by no means it's not cheap I spent about $84 myself. But I was trying to sample everything there. Ask for extra gloves and definitely ask for a pic when you get your crab legs. Because they don't offer it unless you ask for it. Unless you bring your own I would suggest bringing your own because the pic they gave us was plastic and really useless. But it did help out it was better than our fingers. So it was hard to enjoy the crabs but everything else on the seafood platter was really good. From the silent traveler to all of you be kind to one another

Perfect low key spot, the juicy no spicy sauce is addicting! The apps and drinks are real decent. Service on point. Always a fun date!!!

Arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and was happy to see it for the first time. Seating is not crowded together & the hostess/waitress was friendly & efficient. The 3 men got various bagged meals & the only thing left was 2 potatoes! I think the opening of the bags could be done with a little more showmanship, at the table. They loved the garlic & the hot sauce choices!! One female had the fried haddock, picking off a lot of the breading. I had the shrimp with rice and it would have been better if I had gone with more heat than mild. That's on me. On them is the fact they have NO hot drinks, tea or coffee!! Also the only choice available for dessert was cheesecake. Plus the music was what I'd normally expect to hear while eating Asian cuisine. Do be aware that they add the tip to the bill, at least for 5 people they do. All the men are looking forward to going back. I think next time us females will do a boil also.

Great food! We got the Family special: mild and all the sauces mixed together (cajun, lemon pepper, garlic, and butter). The sauces/seasoning mix was sooo good. Service was good and more personal, since there werent a lot of people there. Decor is cute. I would come back here!

Fresh seafood done cajun style! I gotta tell you, when you look at where this place is, you are like, I don't know. The food is really good. Nothing fancy. But it is fresh, the sauces are legit, no funny smells when you walk in. Very attentive service. Not the way New England does it's seafood, BUT seafood in a boil bag has its place. We are definitely goin back for the crawfish, snow crab legs and hushpuppies again!

We figured since yelp had 4 rating we would try Red Crab. What a mistake! The service was great that's why there is at least a 1 rating. We ordered calamari to start and they were super salty. The waitress took them back and tried one and also said they were super salty and we said we would try another, it was still salty but we packed them up to bring home. My wife had the fried haddock and once again it was like the fish brought the salty ocean with it. I had corn. on the cob that was delicious, and a shrimp Po-Boy. I was expecting something close to a real one but it did not even have a remoulade sauce on it, it tasted like cheap mayonnaise with creole seasoning. The food we ate here was just a giant salt festival, with non authentic Cajun food. Well at least our waitress was nice and our cokes were cold

I received my food very bland with no sauce or anything on it just because I asked for condiments on the side? I was given food they just pulled out of water with no sauce or no season... I will never eat here again

Best seafood boil around in Rhode Island definitely recommend all of the above sauce and get it extra spicy. If you can handle the spice food is delicious I couldn’t stop saying oh my God great staff. great atmosphere very clean and friendlyVegetarian options: Vegetarian options availableKid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendlyParking: Huge parking lotWheelchair accessibility: Spacious areasDietary restrictions: You could get it with no sauce but that’s the best part

I had the Sunday special and it was great. The sauce and the spice was fantastic, and it was a good combination of seafood. What was surprising and unwelcome was the fact that the restaurant added a 20% to my bill without my permission. I probably would have left a 20% tip, but that's not the point. A tip is supposed to be something that a customer adds. If a restaurant adds a tip it's not a tip; it's a surcharge. As it was, I didn't argue because I would have left that amount anyway. But please be warned and advised that they will add a tip to your bill whether you like it or not.
