Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have been here many times and have never had a good service but the food is always great so I keep going back. I went recently had service named Shailo and he was the best I have had at this place and I have been going here for atleast 5 or more years. He went above and beyond, was very kind and patient. I’d request him if I could ever time I went.

Was there this evening the service was horrible Waitress would come and then disappear Ordered two sodas and a water Dropped off sodas 15 min later got water Asked for sauce for burger … by the time it was brought everyone else had finished their meals. Was still going to tip…. Asked her to give me change for a 10….. ten minutes later had to go and ask manager for it….. horrible service

I watched the waitress put up with a difficult situation and she handled herself extremely well and polite

Birthday party. Everyone had a different burger. There are many to choose from.
Love the tower of onion rings. Nice, better than the fast food burger places.

They can’t handle instructions and it’s the cooks, not the waitress, my wife’s meal and with 1 soda and my 1 soda cost 50 dollars… they took my meal off because I didn’t eat it and it was still that expensive

I ordered a turkey burger with everything on it including cheese also onion rings plus sunset lemonade 🤤🍋🥤.

The Entrée was on point especially the turkey burger 🍔🤤 and the sunset lemonade 🍋🥤 was delicious and not too sweet

We've been going to this location since it first opened. It's definitely gone up and down in terms of service and quality. Our two most recent trips have been great, with hot, well seasoned food, and good service. It's nice that they've started offering local craft beers again too, including Buttonwoods and Proclamation on this trip.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. What kid doesn't like fries and shakes?

Food was cold, burger not cook thoroughly when told “no pink.” Waitress really wasn’t really around much! No. It was not busy at the time of my visit. There were a lot of empty tables. No excuse ! Not going back!! Lucky I even left a tip! Maybe should not have!

Came here for a quick late lunch/early dinner around 4pm on Saturday. The food was delicious and served promptly. I got a burger with side salad. Andrea was my server and she was attentive, answered all my questions, and was very personable.

Seated for more than 10 minutes, watching the servers chat and laugh behind the counter before we met our server and gave our drink order. Food was delivered incomplete, had to wait awhile before server came to check on us to ask for the missing items, had to flag her down twice to ask for the check as the kiosk wasn't working. She was flippant and passive aggressive each time we spoke with her.
