So, we hit this Red Robins after a weekend at Rhode Island Comicon. There was a table behind us that was demanding and made a poor mess for the server for our area. She shrugged off the issue as if it was nothing. When my bacon cheeseburger arrived missing bacon, she was quick to rectify the situation. It has been a few weeks so I wish I saved my receipt so I could shout out her name. She was working Sunday, Nov 9, and the left side past the bar as you came in. Legit, my drink glass never ran empty, definitely got extra fries to my heart's content, and with the insanity with the booths around us, she was calm, posed and collected. Bravo to such excellent service

I have been here many times and have never had a good service but the food is always great so I keep going back. I went recently had service named Shailo and he was the best I have had at this place and I have been going here for atleast 5 or more years. He went above and beyond, was very kind and patient. I’d request him if I could ever time I went.

Was there this evening the service was horrible Waitress would come and then disappear Ordered two sodas and a water Dropped off sodas 15 min later got water Asked for sauce for burger … by the time it was brought everyone else had finished their meals. Was still going to tip…. Asked her to give me change for a 10….. ten minutes later had to go and ask manager for it….. horrible service

I watched the waitress put up with a difficult situation and she handled herself extremely well and polite

Birthday party. Everyone had a different burger. There are many to choose from.
Love the tower of onion rings. Nice, better than the fast food burger places.

They can’t handle instructions and it’s the cooks, not the waitress, my wife’s meal and with 1 soda and my 1 soda cost 50 dollars… they took my meal off because I didn’t eat it and it was still that expensive

I ordered a turkey burger with everything on it including cheese also onion rings plus sunset lemonade 🤤🍋🥤.

The Entrée was on point especially the turkey burger 🍔🤤 and the sunset lemonade 🍋🥤 was delicious and not too sweet
