I recently visited this restaurant with high hopes for a delicious burger, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The burger I received was quite disappointing - it resembled a low-quality, frozen supermarket burger rather than the fresh, smash burger I was anticipating. To my dismay, it was served cold in a paper bag, with unmelted cheese and cold mushrooms, detracting significantly from the overall enjoyment.Additionally, the fries, priced between $3 to $4, were not only smaller than a McDonald's small size but were also served cold. The excessive use of seasoning salt, reminiscent of everything bagel seasoning, couldn't make up for their lack of warmth and freshness.Although I appreciate the staff's positive attitude – the server confidently recommended the burgers – the quality of the food was underwhelming. I believe the management needs to focus on improving the quality of their offerings. Based on this experience, I'm unlikely to dine here again and would encourage the restaurant to prioritize better quality in their food preparation.

Chicken sandwich and fries were not bad for airport food.I stood there for like 5 minutes before the worker even noticed me. All she had to do was turnaround and LOOK at the line- but that’s asking too much probably.Food though…. Not horrible.

That's probably the worst hamburger I ever had. Bun was cold, the meat seemed to industrial pre formed cafeteria food. The fries were good.

Cashier was hiding on her phone while we were waiting. One of her associates had to tell her to take our order and when she arrived she was rude and made us feel as if it was an inconvenience. Burger was ok. I would have ordered a double if I had known it was on the thin side. My partner decided not to order due to the rude cashier.

The food was ok but the employee taking orders was beyond rude. She was on the phone and didn’t want to be there and was so rude to us it was like she was doing us a favor. Get new employees please!!

What was I thinking eating this? Cold Rubber like chicken sandwich and as the only customer waited 15 minutes for a precooked chicken sandwich. Don’t do it.

The burger was fine. Nothing special but tasted good and the price was decent for airport food ($9 for classic cheeseburger). Next time I would get the double patty as they are thin. Contrary to other reviews, my service was good and I only had to wait a minute for my burger. However there was no line when I went.

This place should be shut down and replaced with something better. The food takes WAYYY to long since they only have one person cooking. The actual food itself was nothing special either. Please PVD do NOT renew their lease here. These people do not know how to manage a

I was at TF Green Airport in PVD today and tried to eat at your restaurant but had to walk away. Service is horribly slow. 2 people does not cut it especially when delivering fast food to hurried customers. Your person taking orders was hiding behind the cooler to not take orders because it was backed up. So I walked away as did many others. You need to fix your model. I would like to try again but only if there is no one in line.

Absolute worst experience. Server gave my order to someone else, then got it wrong when remaking it, and then was incredibly rude when I asked for it to be fixed.

Workers are very slow. They don’t know how to run a restaurant at all. Can barely take orders correctly. I’ll give you some advice. Worry about orders and not where your third crew member is at.Let’s talk about the food. Don’t waist you .50 cents on the seasoned fries. It’s salt & pepper with some garlic.I’ve had better burgers at my grandson’s High school football game at the concession stand. These look and tasted about like a Bubba Burger.Don’t worry about rarer or medium they all come well done.

This must be the worst burger I’ve ever had. Fries were equally bad. Wish providence airport had at least one decent place to eat. If you’re hungry hit up a vending machine.

Perhaps the worst $9 cheeseburger I have ever had. Stale bun, overcooked and what were sure to be expired lettuce, tomato and onions. Avoid this place.
