Ordered 3 pani and 2 salads. First they were out of bacon for all sandwiches and they were out of 1000 dressing for 2 of the sandwiches. We were ok with the out of stocks ingredients on the sandwiches until we got home. There were missing all other ingredients on all 3 sandwiches except meat. The chicken and turkey were so dry inside the dried out toasted bread with no other ingredients ie cheese, Buffalo sauce, avocado, Chipotle sauce. The salad s had no croutons , one was missing dressing, both missing rolls, and no utensils. Very disappointed for our first try.

I went in there and asked him about making a bigger salad to take to a veterinarian‘s office to serve at least five people came out with a cardboard bowl through a few handfuls of salad, which is about equivalent to what you get out of two bags of salad at the store or one could head of lettuce Some cucumbers, some chopped tomatoes and some sliced carrots. Throw the lid on it goes to the register and it tells me it’s $78 I died on the floor. I said what he said oh well that’s equivalent of five. I said that rip off and I said I’m not paying for that. I walked out. I went next-door to got a big huge salad that can serve double the amount of people for $28 with way more stuff on it croutons and onions and carrots and cucumbers, and you name it was on it for 28 bucks at Chili’s salad works is an absolute joke and should be ashamed of what they’re charging people for crap salad .

Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and when i opened it there was more blue cheese dressing than ingredients. White blue cheese sauce was pouring out of the wrap all over the box. It was inedible so i went back in and asked for another. The manager was very nice and accommodating to make me a new one. i then go to take a bite of my non-sopping wrap and the entire thing falls into my lap because it wasn’t wrapped correctly. I’m now a) disgusted from seeing that amount of blue cheese in the first place, b) still very hungry without a lunch, and c) wearing stained clothes full of buffalo sauce. Needless to say I will never be returning to this establishment. How hard is a buffalo chicken wrap? I want my 14 dollars back too.

We come here frequently and we love it. The food is great, the selection is great. My only issue is the tall man, not sure if he is an employee, manager or owner. He is often unpleasant, rolling his eyes if you come in an hour before closing. Gets flustered and when I brought my elderly Mom he was downright rude and impatient, so much so that the woman behind us left, stating that she did want to give him her business. The other staff have been great, but if we see him in the window, we go somewhere else. Unfortunately he is almost always there.
