It's in an airport, but everything is good and the staff is empathetic and friendly. I am also now a convert to Del's Frozen Lemonade! I got a combo of both the classic and the watermelon on the recommendation of the hostess and boy, was she right.

The lady behind the counter couldn't get 2 hot dogs done in 12 minutes, one guy ahead of me and mine. There were ni other people. After all that time I had to go to my plane without the food I paid for. Meanwhile she checked her phone, chatted with the airport worker, and generally moved with comical inefficiency. I hope she gets fired. I hope management feels like giving my $7 back. It's not rocket science, it's a hot dog. Not closing or opening time, 4:30 PM.

Excellent service, airport food court vibe, food was main let down. Bratwurst was served lukewarm, could have been really good if it was grilled fresh instead. The room temperature bun also would have been much better toasted or grilled.

Lived in RI before moving to FL. Husband has been missing Saugys. While in RI for a visit I saw the Saugy Frank restaurant at the airport. I was thrilled when I found out they sold packs of Saugys with ice packs in a cool Saugy cooler !!!! Tonight enjoyed delicious Saugy Franks !!!!

I was excited to see that the airport has Del's lemonade now, but was very disappointed with what I got. Usually Del's has bits of real lemon and tastes delicious, but this was nothing but ice and tasted like an artificial lemon slushie. I didn't try the food, so I'm giving two stars instead of one since maybe that part's okay, but if you're visiting RI, please don't let this be your first experience with Del's lemonade

Overprised and not worth it. My Breakfast sandwich was horrible. It had one, 3 inch, half piece of bacon , and the egg tasted like dirty griddle. The woman who cooked it was also very unpleasant when I asked about the sandwich. Coffee was extremely watery. Will never return. I will go to Dunkin' next time, and tell everyone else to do the same thing.

I wish I could give zero stars! I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon and a coffee, and the breakfast sandwich had half a slice of bacon on it, and the coffee tasted like water. Not at all worth the price, highway robbery! Additionally, the service person was extremely unpleasant at best.
