Shake Shack Warwick

Its unfortunate my meal was placed in a bag that was ripped halfway down the side and the burger was not placed in a box. As a result my burger was very cold when I got home. I was never given a receipt and cost almost $20.00 with the tax. I don't think I would go through the drive thru again. Not too happy with the experience and what it cost due to the way they let the food go out.

Decided to order from this place the other day it was my first time ever trying this shake shack never had it before. Decided to order the shroom burger and a chocolate milkshake and a couple other items for takeout. There were about seven people in there when I had arrived and placed my order online everybody had left, and I was still waiting for my order and upon receiving my order, they put everything in a bag and a box, the service was slow and they’re not friendly there. I even went to try to call back because the burger that we had ordered wasn’t cooked all the way it was still red in the middle and our food looked like it was just slopped together for the price that you pay there the quantity of food that you get is very small They just throw it together like they don’t care and nobody answered the phone when you try to tell them that they’re not cooking their burgers all the way it was still pink in the middle. Dissatisfied will never return to a shake shack in West Warwick ever in Rhode Island.

Manager and crew member were very kind and helpful when I struggled with getting an old gift card to work. We were greeted with a smile. Enjoyed our shakes too!

Raw burger they remade it for me but then forgot the onion tanglers i paid for.
Not very good at all. $33 for garbage. It was my first and last try

Took 25+ mins for 2 shakes when it wasn't even busy. Unacceptable.

Slowest possible service ever for a mediocre shake and fast food it’s not even busy what does this place do when they have more than one customer. Sheesh

not the type to complain, but this visit to Shake Shack due to the restaurant next-door being temporarily closed was honestly awful. order took over 20 minutes, and when i leave the drive-through the parking lot was completely empty. . . nobody in sight the benefit for the reason for such a long wait was gone. employees acted like they couldn’t care less, no urgency or pride in what they were doing. When I finally got my food, everything was cold. every thing. . the fries, the chicken sandwich, even the ShackBurger. For what’s spent, this was a huge letdown. terrible experience Definitely won’t be coming back.

Food was really good the options are amazing really can’t go wrong here but the service was just alright and same with the atmosphere I mean the inside is kinda boring like no decorations or anything and the service was your basic 17-22yr old fast food worker not bad but not amazing

Unfortunately the restaurant next door was closed, so I decided to give ShakeShack a try. “Gourmet burgers” is a crazy statement for this place. I’ve never gotten fast food and wanted to write a review so badly. I was shocked looking at the prices, but I couldn’t get out of the line because it was a one way. Burger was decent. Not worth it for $19 combo. Lukewarm undercooked fries with my combo. The sauce the garlic parm fries came with was just not it. The cashier laughed when I asked them if I could get mayo on the burger? Then proceeded to tell me she would put it on the side - and it did not come on the side. Do not come here - Mcdonald’s is more “Gourmet” than the experience I had.

Service is awful. Ordered 2 burgers for pick up at 6:16pm for takeout from the app. I got the receipt, confirming the order and a text saying the order was almost ready at 6:22, ready for pick up by 6:33pm. Showed up at 6:30 and the staff say they never received the order. No sense of urgency after showing them the receipt. We didn't get the takeout order until 7:10pm. Not sure why 2 burgers take 1 hour to make at this place. Order from another location that will probably have better staff and systems and you'll save your time. More importantly the food was cold.
