We go there to play trivia on Sunday's. Service is fine my only complaint is it's a little pricey.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment my family and I arrived, we were met with cold, unwelcoming service. As people of color who speak multiple languages, it felt clear our presence was unwelcome, and the behavior of our server suggested underlying bias.
While a 35-minute wait for food is understandable, the service was unacceptable—plates and napkins were slammed onto the table, drinks took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, and it took over 30 minutes to get our bill, which included items we didn’t order. When we questioned the charges, we were met with hostility.
One server who assisted briefly was kind and professional—she was the only positive part of our visit and deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the overall experience was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and unacceptable.

First time visiting, came from NJ for a wedding, spent 7 hours in traffic. The Moscow Mules were perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was great!

Great late day female bartender! The early afternoon/evening bartender was very rude after two sips of beer mistakenly spilled when I attempted to slide it to a closer area for him to reach! I apologized and he reacted in a rude way!! It’s a shame as I used to love this bar!! I used to bartend back in the day and if I responded like that I would’ve been fired! It takes a lot for me to post a negative response as I was in the field back in the day, and I respect that things happen and I did try to call and resolve the issue and still received a horrible response. And let me tell you the place was not busy at all at that point! We used to frequent this place back in the day from the 1990s on and it was amazing. Unfortunate that it’s changed so much.

Ordered take out and the food was burnt. The past 2 times the food has been burnt. I thought the first time was a fluke but a month later and here we are again. There won't be a 3rd. I took a pic of the chicken. The rest is in the trash

We got take out. The staff was incredibly friendly from placing the order to pick up. Great little place. The food was lovely.
Beware - their pricing on the website isn’t accurate. We called for takeout and when we got home, questioned the total and realized each item was $1 more versus what the website says. Also, I asked for a side salad instead of fries and was charged an extra $2.50. The salad isn’t anything special but I was trying to make a healthier choice and had I known there was an up charge, I wouldn’t have gotten the salad but no one let us know and we don’t eat there enough to know. I called to give this feedback and the gentleman didn’t apologize once and more or less just made excuses. I told him this is the kind of feedback that loses customers and he said, “thanks for the feedback” in a sarcastic tone. We’ve never had a bad experience there until now and the way it was handled wasn’t right.
