Delicious food and amazing service felt Canadian hospitality away from home and not the mention the “Shannon Poutine” was quite delicious with shoe string fries and bacon “demi glacé (fancy word for gravy) all though I hoped to see some bread pudding in the dessert menu the brownies and ice cream didn’t disappoint, definitely check out if ur next the airport and looking for a hearty meal and stiff pint.

Chicken waffle was a new food item for me to try and I was blown away by the great taste. The brownie and ice cream+whipped cream was yummy as well.

Excellent Irish pub with a small select menu of barfood. Excellent service with that typical Rhode Island attitude, love it. An f’in homerun.

Everything about this place is great! Great specials throughout the week. Amazing burgers, especially when they’re on special Tuesdays and Thursdays. Can NEVER go wrong with the fish and chips. The fish is fried incredibly perfect. Sometimes I do substitute the FF for a different side.
This place is great for lunch and dinner. Also the brunch is amazing on the weekends. Fantastic brunch drink specials.

Usually Irish pub style businesses take pride in their corned beef sandwiches. This one was microwaved corned beef cold cuts, no cheese, on thin marbled rye. I wouldve sent it back if I wasnt hungry. I shouldve went to Orourkes down the street to have my sandwich. The dish comes with no cole slaw or pickle, just low-quality food and presentation. The staff, Ryan, was friendly and on point. Wasnt too crazy about the WNBA on the tvs either but I get it, businesses seem to be more interested in inclusivity than making money.....overall....meh. nothing to see here.

I've never had a bad meal or beverage here. The staff is wonderful (especially that guy with fluffy brown hair and a big smile). The Cape Cod Ruben (ruben with haddock instrad of corned beef) is one of my favorite meals ever. The Ceasar Wrap was one of the best I've ever had.
Just tried the brunch the other day, and the A1 Hollandaise they made for the Stash the Hash 'benny was AMAZING. The Mimosa was huge for the price.
I will be going here forever.

I haven’t been here for a couple years because I moved away, but was excited to be back to go to The Shannon. What happened to the food here? New owners maybe? The Poutine used to come with a load of crispy fries with gravy and cheese. But you could taste each component. Now it’s in a little tin with barely any fries and because there are so few fries and they’re crowded in a small tin they’re soaked in gravy so the fries are completely mushy and the cheese is blended into the gravy. You can’t even taste any fries because they’re drowning in a mixture of gravy and melted cheese. And to make matters worse, the tiny little appetizer was $13 ! Won’t be coming back.

It’s a pretty cool place. It’s been there for a long long time. Ryan was our bartender and he was really good. The food leaves a lot to be desired. I had the Ruben egg rolls and they were pretty much nothing more than sauerkraut and cabbage. There could not have been more than a half ounce of corn beef in each eggroll so it was pretty much meatless eggroll and they sucked. The meatloaf was dry. The only thing it had going for it was the barbecue sauce. They splattered all over it. They have a great selection of beers and I did see someone that had a giant piece of fried fish with french fries that looked good but it also looked overcooked. There’s a couple of TVs playing sports in there. It has a decent atmosphere and is a great place to grab a bee, food not so much.
